Theme Music is now mandatory The dank passageway turns quickly from stone to steel, and the built-in glowing lanterns have turned to primitive steampunk light bulbs. The corridor branches out, and the strangest sight thus far reveals itself: factories and machinery as far as the eye can see. Buckets of iron pipes and stone tools can be seen near the entrance, and light bulbs are present throughout the space that can be seen, though none are lit up... just as well, since this place must be ancient. A small, fenced courtyard occupies the area around this entrance, and beyond the massive gate arch, it's factories for hundreds of yards. Edited by BatiroAtrain, Mar 9 2014, 12:02 AM.

Merchant gathers the papers he took, looking at them. They wouldn't be worth very much, and it wouldn't do to have ANOTHER fighting type boss running around. Merchant slowly sneaks towards the door before turning around and pretending like he walked in. "Oh, excuse me! Merchant saw some designs and was going to improve upon them! Merchant holds his hands up in surrender. "Merchant was merely offering to help! Look look." He pulls out a scrap peice of paper and begins to draw some adjustments to make one of the machinery pieces more efficient. The Conkeldurr takes the papers, and quickly looks over them. It seems baffled at the machinery, but nonetheless can understand it. It lowers its guard, and slides the papers into its... vein pouch. From another... vein pouch, it gives Merchant a small golden Nugget! |

Merchant happily takes the nugget and bows a few times. "Merchant is glad to be of service. If Strongman needs any help, feel free to come ask Merchant for advice, as he knows many things! Goodbye now." Not wanting to overstay his welcome, Merchant hoofs it, deciding he'd rather go search for some good fossils. <I'll go ahead and use another AP to fossil search, cause wynaut. Jackpot! Merchant digs up two fossils clustered together; a Helix Fossil, and... this one looks weird. It's a... turtle shell? Not like any fossil that's been discovered elsewhere. |
