Theme Music is now mandatory The dank passageway turns quickly from stone to steel, and the built-in glowing lanterns have turned to primitive steampunk light bulbs. The corridor branches out, and the strangest sight thus far reveals itself: factories and machinery as far as the eye can see. Buckets of iron pipes and stone tools can be seen near the entrance, and light bulbs are present throughout the space that can be seen, though none are lit up... just as well, since this place must be ancient. A small, fenced courtyard occupies the area around this entrance, and beyond the massive gate arch, it's factories for hundreds of yards. Edited by BatiroAtrain, Mar 9 2014, 12:02 AM.

The door rushes open, and Jones sees what's making all the noise: a humanlike figure... in fact, it IS another human! The figure turns around at the creak of the door; the person is covered head-to-toe in black clothing, and has on a pair of Darkvision Goggles identical to the ones Jones owns. He also has a Liepard at his side, who apparently heard Jones the moment he opened the door, and is assuming an arched posture, as if to intimidate. The guy is going through some drawers, apparently, and is wearing a somewhat stuffed backpack. He freezes momentarily as Jones gets a glimpse of him, but quickly draws a hood over his face and runs toward the back of the room with his cat. |

Jones doesn't stop the guy, but the Acid gets him, eating through his clothing a bit. Stefan has more luck, grabbing the Liepard by the tail and voraciously cutting at its fur! It lets out a harsh yelp as Gram leaves some deep wounds in its body. Initiative The Liepard immediately goes for Ursula, attempting to stun the mon and save its master! [result]16&16,1d20,0,16&1d20[/result] [result]29&8,1d8,21,29&1d8+21[/result] Inei opens the way into the tiny shack more, getting a silent look inside... and finds a white cat rummaging around the shack, looking for loose artifacts.
