Too late; this already happened to me.

12) No one in the Team Rocket game is ever allowed to mention the Jynx incident
For those of you wondering, the Jynx incident was- *dragged away to Room 101*

As a PC
1) I may not justify out of character moments with ultra-rapid cycling bipolar II disorder.

2) Psychic abilities are a privilege, not a right.

3) I may not try to convince the Saffron Gym that the Heartbreaker is actually an Influential only so that I may laugh at him getting pelted with rocks when they test if he's a Psychic or not.

4) No killing kids.

5) Porygon are not a suitable starter.

6) When my Porygon digs through a teammate's phone and they give me permission to find whatever I feel like in there, male Gardevoir porn and HSOWA are not covered by that.

7a) My Pokémon may not have more personality than my PC.

7b) My Pokémon may not have more personality than the rest of the party.

8) No Rain Wakers.

As a GM
1) I am to make it explicitly clear to the Engineer that not taking off their mech arm before this fight will end badly for them.

2) All gym leaders must have some precaution to take care of low level deaths.

As a player:

1. When telling my Sableye to cause a distraction in a Rocket Lab, I should specify that he shouldn't blow up the machines that are keeping my friend's stolen Pokemon alive.
2. Even if my character is actually going crazy, the other players frown on carrying around bags of dead Caterpie.
3. If the character has become a monster in the eyes of Sabrina, it is time to make a new character.
4. Even if I think it would be fun, I am no longer allowed to teleport PCs to different dimensions the very first session I bring in my new character.
4a. This goes double if I am playtesting a homebrew class for the first time.
5. Fire is not the solution to everything.
5a. Especially if I am playing a Gnome Barbarian whose only access to fire is a bunch of torches.
6. I may never play a shapeshifter again.
6a. Even if I promise not to hang out in the women's nude hot spring while in female form and offer massages.

As a GM:
1. I am no longer allowed to have a missed fire attack cause a horrific, city and/or forest consuming wildfire more than once per session.
2. Even if I am mad at my players for constantly tearing open wild animals to look for loot, I may not have live small children pop out of their stomachs.

From my players:
1. Murdering the rival the first session and taking over his identity by getting lucky will only work once.
2. Flaunting is not the answer to everything.
3. Bricks are not the answer to everything.
4. Centaurs are banned. No exceptions.
4a. Especially inbred crazy noble centaurs with brick obsessions.
5. If the Chaotic Neutral character is being the voice of reason, everyone needs to step back and reconsider exactly what they are doing.
5a. Especially if the action in question is eating another party member.
5b. Especially especially if it's the first session.

I've got a few of my own...

As a Player:
1) I am no longer allowed to play ANY TABLETOP as a tree.
2) I am not allowed to kill innocent people at will to feed the party's cannibal.
2a) Furthermore, I am not allowed to psionically graft the victim's limbs to myself.
2b) Further still, I am not allowed to become a spider by grafting a bunch of legs to myself.
3) I am no longer allowed to solve puzzles I am expected to fail in place of the person who failed the checks they were supposed to pass automatically.
3a) In the event that I pass the checks, I am not allowed to take over the puzzle and die in place of the person who was supposed to die.
4) Chaotic Good is no justification to be a jackass to everybody. Especially important NPCs who can destroy me by looking at me.
5) Drinking is not more important than adventuring.
5a) If I choose to do former, I should make sure I can actually pass the checks without passing out.
5b) Especially the first check.
6) I am no longer allowed to catch bomb shrapnel with my body.
7) If I start as a Wildmage, I should be prepared to accept the consequences.
7a) If I do not like the consequences, I must be prepared to pay for the pizza when it comes.
8) 20-or-Dumbass is not a good rule of thumb for attempting stupid actions.
8a) Unless you actually get a 20.

I will not burn down Viridian Forest because "It pissed me off."
Please elaborate, this sounds intriguing...
The player in question, Mr. Ackerman, was traveling with his trio of Team Rocket members through Viridian Forest, where I had set up an encounter with the local bug Pokemon. A few stealth, perception, and strength checks later, a large group of Spinarak, lead by a Joltik, successfully managed to kidnap him from the back of the party, taking him off to their web for dinner. The party thankfully noticed this, and what followed was a battle in the spider's forest lair, while Mr. Ackerman, unable to do anything while bound, screamed unsuccessfully at his party members to untie him.

When the battle ended, they finally freed him, his Pokemon being the only ones to not participate. Between being kidnapped, being left out of the battle, and being an evil character, he convinced another party member with a stolen Tepig to set up a fire to "burn the whole damn forest to the ground". The following session involved them running from said wildfire as it rapidly consumed the forest behind them, and fighting the angry wild Pokemon along the way.

8.) I will not create characters who are obsessed with dissection.

This one especially made me chuckle, and also very curious.

My D&D group went through an extreme dissecting phase where they would proceed to dissect EVERY single creature after they had killed it, and then fight (They would sometimes get into some serious ridiculous arguments.) over the creatures various parts. They would do this every single time, no matter how worthless the creatures parts were, or even if they were in a dangerous environment. After distributing the parts, my players would then attempt to incorporate them into their characters clothing and armor. At least I can say they were attempting to be creative. XD

12a. Especially not at night.

10. I am not allowed to use Jynx to sexually molest the PCs.
10a. I am not allowed to play chicken by proxy with the PCs using a Jynx.
10b. I just can't use Jynx anymore, to be honest.
11. I am not allowed to make Ralts evolve just to beat up their trainer.
12. I am not allowed to combine The Heavy and The Pyro for a scary NPC.
13. I am not allowed to make the Heartbreaker's bitches hate him the first time he fails a seduction roll.
14. I am not allowed to suppose that my PCs will understand my carefully laid hints.
15. I am not allowed to try to get the PCs to play the Pokemon TGC while playing a character in a Pokemon Tabletop Game.

Funny thing, one of my players is actually requesting something like this.

Forest Fire Story: ROCKET EDITION

Pffffthaha. They sound like they have the decision-making skills of the anime's Team Rocket... or at least Mr. Ackerman does

But... that pretty much does make you a badass, Arcran. A very inexperienced one but shit, a Charizard is a difficult target. (Unless your method for killing it was "poison it and then hide for eight rounds" but that's assuming you had the actual Ninja class)
