Theme Music is now mandatory The city air is a refreshing breather from the dank pyramid... it would do an explorer good to take a break every once in a while. Whether here for business or pleasure, out here's definitely better than in there! With the recent excavation going on, it seems that Professor Elm and his assistants have commandeered half the town in the name of science! The city scientists have set up in the Poke Center, close enough for research, yet far enough away to not be bothered by the inherent dangers of the unknown magical ruins. Hmm...Merchant's pretty satisfied with the selection. Electric types had been fairly uncommon down there, and he didn't have one yet. "Merchant is very impressed by Elekid. So Merchant will tell you what, he will trade Magby for perhaps, Emolga and Yanma, as they are not as good as Elekid, and he will be willing to buy Elekid straight up with cash." Merchant pulls out a wad of 1000Pyen and the Magby ball. [result]17&5:4:3,3d6,5,17&3d6+5[/result] Guile. |

(Counter-Guile was a 9) "Ha ha! Is deal!" The muscular trader seems very satisfied with the trade, and hands over three balls in exchange for the Magby and Pyen. Obtained Pokemon "Is good deal! Come back soon, have more special Elekid for you!" He waves Merchant goodbye has he moves to the next table... The massive Hiker and his Swinub greet Merchant with a solemn manner. "Hello. Stone emporium. Few Pokemon for sale." |

Merchant is happy with his deal and collects the mons before moving to the next. "Interested in the pokemon, not so much the stones. What pokemon are to be sold? Did the mons I showed him interest you?" |

The fat trader doesn't really speak, but merely hands Merchant a paper with Pokemon names scribbled on it. This seems like a common practice... Hiker Harold's Pokemon

Merchant, satisfied with his success, liquidates the rest of the pokemon he came to sell for cash. 425 for Krabby 350 for Geodude 900 for Flowersprout The Egg lottery looks pretty automated. Insert 500 Pyen once, as well as all the eggs you wish to ante up. It looks like for every 2 eggs you plop in, you get one egg back, and for every 500 Pyen you can put in up to 6 eggs. Coolio. |

Hmm, too pricey for Merchant. He heads out, having succeeded in his business, and attempts to find someone who might know what it would take to make an egg chamber, as buying separate egg warmers for each set of 4 eggs just didn't seem efficient. Merchant finds a man, luckily near the Egg Lottery, with a bunch of eggs strapped like bullets to his tall body. He looks pretty imposing... but those eggs look hella warm. He flashes Merchant the stern glare only a parent of 20 could flash. |
