Theme Music is now mandatory The air grows more humid the further into the tunnel one moves, heated to the point that the walls themselves seem to melt... giving way to solid steel. Five minutes into it, the passage widens out like a fan, opening immensely into a chamber that seems straight out of a volcanic temple. The clay-brick architecture exists only on the ground, which feels much more dense when one walks on it. Six immense stone spikes carve out an invitation to those who wish to wander around this chamber, maybe hoping to get burned? The chamber itself stretches back immensely far, appearing to occupy one whole slice of the pyramid. The wall behind the group rises straight up, but the back wall in this chamber, as far as the group can see, slants at a sharp angle to meet the other wall behind them. Occupying the rest of this chamber appears to be a village-sized conglomerate of melted architecture! Regardless of the origin, this whole place looks like a molten city. There are even small lava pools dotting the ground around the entrance to this place, a connect-the-dots puzzle of melted rock surrounding a dead steel city... this place is truly intimidating, but a fit place to adventure for the hardier explorer. Reya frowns when the orbs attempt to charge fails. Perhaps Sada could help charge it up? Pokemon:Edu [result]8&1:5,2d6,2,8&2d6+2[/result] |

Reya discerns that the problem isn't with the power in the shard; it's within the shard itself. It can't hold a big enough charge for the rocky Voltorb to consume. If the source was a little more powerful, though... |

Add several more Yellow Shards to the list of things Reya needs and a smith skilled enough to but them together...or just a battery. "I'll keep a lookout for something that can hold a bit more juice for you, although I don't know when I would be back. You could tag along if you'd like but you do have a lovely burrow there." The rocky little Voltorb rolls out of its burrow, and reveals its full body. It looks like a little meteorite, with glowing blue eyes, and craters covering its body. Reya is lucky that Pokemon naturally like her, because this Voltorb wants to go along with her... for food. Maybe it's just a baby. |

(Fun fact I spent several minutes looking at meteorites and am curious of its class XD or just general coloration.) Well Reya had always been a bit more in touch with Pokemon than humans. She smiles as the little ball trundles out. "Glad to have you along, it'll make this a bit easier if I don't have to wander around looking for you." Bem is still a tad nervous around the Voltorb so Reya switches Sada out so he can get a bot of peace. The two electric types should get along right? As Reya heads back to camp to see if someone might have the requisite items. Sada carefully prods the craggy Voltorb to see what this new toy does. |

(This isn't actually a meteorite but the texture is like this, but applied over a nearly-perfect sphere) The rocky orb begins siphoning some energy from Sada... nothing too taxing, but the weird sensation makes the lion visibly uncomfortable. It stops after a minute, looking a little refreshed. |

Sada does spend some of the trip rolling around as if trying to scratch an itch she just can't reach. Reya notices but doesn't say anything. At least Sada perks back up and is once more romping around. Hopefully the Shinx wouldn't have to serve as a meal for the little Meteorb for too much longer. At least it looked a bit more lively than before. "How did you get down here anyway?" It still seemed odd for a voltorb of any type to be in an ancient structure. |

The craggy Voltorb doesn't seem to understand the question. How did it get down here? It has probably lived in that burrow all its life... maybe. In any case, the little Voltorb seems a little more intent on following Reya and her electric dog thing. If only for a reliable source of charge. |

Sensing the slight shift in the Voltorb's mood, Reya takes a chance. "You could stay with us if you wanted. At least then you wouldn't have to scrounge for sparks." She says, gesturing towards Sada and proffering one of her few remaining Pokeballs. Hopefully a capture wouldn't startle it too badly. Charm [result]20&6:6:5:1,4d6,2,20&4d6+2[/result] |

(Focus: Irrelevant, caps at 13) The Voltorb is smitten with Reya... at the prospect of food. It's happy to join the girl for a meal! Rocktorb/Meteorb/Rocky VI
