Theme Music is now mandatory As the staircase rises further up, the vines become more frequent, eventually sporting a few bulbs and flowers here and there, with the natural light glowing ever brighter. At the very top step, the claustrophobic walls immediately cease, and give way to a wondrous place: A veritable jungle in the top of the pyramid! While the staircase is in a small clearing, most everything beyond a few meters is completely impossible to see through; all it is is brush and moss. The top of the pyramid (from the inside) is visible, and appears to be some kind of gigantic skylight, allowing the sun's rays to filter through to this natural setting. Scuttling through the brush, a heap of Bug Pokemon are visible from the get-go, but disappear as soon as they spot an intruder. A thin path can be discerned from the stairs, but it is incredibly thin, only a few inches wide. Going through the path, one would still be cutting through most of the brush. Merchant slides down to the flesh corridor, with one path ahead in front of him. A disgusting squish sounds as he touches on the flesh... |

Krieger hits the fungus, releasing a cloud of anesthesia spores that knocks him out just before the sliced mushroom is captured. Knowing Krieger won't be back up immediately, Stefan gets some space and decides to try Gram's new trick, the dagger fighting off the paralysis in order to launch a blast of metallic light at one of the wild pokemon! Well it seems they had found at least one pokemon that held the carcass its home. "Not really but we are running low on time. Maybe it would let us by." Reya moves a tad closer to see how it reacts. "Think we could get by? Just doin a bit of passing through" Charm [result]18&5:6:2:3,4d6,2,18&4d6+2[/result] |

Merchant is no biologist, but he knows enough about Grass starters to know he's somewhere between the stomach and urinary tract. These organs seem to have shifted around during... whatever is going on here. Ahead, there are two paths: left to the stomach, right to... further down the digestive tract. With the first shroom captured, the Foongus take the offensive against its capturer and his little knife. Foongus B's Mega Drain against Gram: [result]14&14,1d20,0,14&1d20[/result] [result]27&1:5,2d6,21,27&2d6+21[/result] Grass Special Foongus C's approaches Stefan (4 Meters) and pumps him full of Mega Drain: [result]14&14,1d20,0,14&1d20[/result] [result]26&2:3,2d6,21,26&2d6+21[/result] Foongus D's Growth! (+1 ATK/SATK CS) Reya is a charming young girl, and the piss-barnacles warm up a little bit to her, their faces pouting a little less. They scoot down to the floor, revealing a small hole to crawl through. |

Even Merchant isn't keen on the idea of going down the digestive track. Instead, he heads to the left, towards the Stomach. Meowth continues to follow beside him, its coin shining eerily, as it seems a bit more jumpy than usual. |
