Theme Music is now mandatory As the staircase rises further up, the vines become more frequent, eventually sporting a few bulbs and flowers here and there, with the natural light glowing ever brighter. At the very top step, the claustrophobic walls immediately cease, and give way to a wondrous place: A veritable jungle in the top of the pyramid! While the staircase is in a small clearing, most everything beyond a few meters is completely impossible to see through; all it is is brush and moss. The top of the pyramid (from the inside) is visible, and appears to be some kind of gigantic skylight, allowing the sun's rays to filter through to this natural setting. Scuttling through the brush, a heap of Bug Pokemon are visible from the get-go, but disappear as soon as they spot an intruder. A thin path can be discerned from the stairs, but it is incredibly thin, only a few inches wide. Going through the path, one would still be cutting through most of the brush. The center tree definitely stands out from the others; the bright lime green is a little unsettling. Though the trees become a little more clustered toward the center, it's easy to get to the green one. Surrounding this one tree is five, normal-colored ones, with about twenty others scattered much farther off in the distance. This would be a good place for a picnic, minus the trees. Inei gets a weird feeling in the pit of his stomach. |

Inei is getting goosebumps at this point, and tries to pinpoint the source of the bad feeling, using his extensive knowledge of survival, and his less used inner gut feeling. There's nothing that sticks out too badly here, but... there's still something wrong here, Inei can feel it. Suddenly, a chill runs up Inei's spine as he look at the trees around him, and they all stare back at him. The survivalist recalls rule number one of Ranger Wilderness Exploration: never wander into a forest of Sudowoodo. |

Inei remained calm until the trees grew eyes and arms. Jumping backwards, Inei released Tekikaku, his Remoraid, behind him and kicked at the nearest tree, the same Knee-Outstretched Kick combo as with the Spinarak. One Sudowoodo is kicked, but it doesn't even move from its place in the ground... that is, until they all scream and scatter. Looks like they're more afraid of Inei than he is of them. They all begin to break off into different parts of the forest... including the SHINY LIME-GREEN ONE!

(Sudowoodo Athletics: 16) The shiny one keeps a decent pace ahead, and all other Sudowoodo seem to have broken off in random directions. While it seems a little slow compared to Inei, it still sprints ahead, but Inei keeps a good track of it regardless. While running, it begins haphazardly slinging rocks at the people chasing it, specifically Inei! [result]19&19,1d20,0,19&1d20[/result] [result]34&4:5,2d6,25,34&2d6+25[/result] Rock Physical |

Dashing head first into the barrage, Inei doesn't stop. "Boyaketa, use Spider Web!" The Joltik throws a series of silk strings, which look suspiciously close to Arceusmas ornaments, entrapping and ensnaring the Lime-Green one. <Can't miss, Sudowoodo is Trapped and Stuck> |

The shiny Sudowoodo grinds to a halt, and promptly begins freaking the hell out. It keeps hurling rocks at its aggressors, this time targeting Boyaketa! [result]13&13,1d20,0,13&1d20[/result] [result]32&1:6,2d6,25,32&2d6+25[/result] |

In response, Tsumugu shows a great deal of comradeship, and angrily glares at the Sudowoodo. <Using Intimidate at Sudowoodo for -1 ATK CS> Still the Joltik get's hit hard by the projectile. It's just barely still conscious, and retrieves itself on it's Initiative. Inei releases the Tekikaku, which had retrieved itself to it's Pokeball when the IDIOT of a human just started to run, behind him, before charging that silly tree himself.
