Theme Music is now mandatory As the staircase rises further up, the vines become more frequent, eventually sporting a few bulbs and flowers here and there, with the natural light glowing ever brighter. At the very top step, the claustrophobic walls immediately cease, and give way to a wondrous place: A veritable jungle in the top of the pyramid! While the staircase is in a small clearing, most everything beyond a few meters is completely impossible to see through; all it is is brush and moss. The top of the pyramid (from the inside) is visible, and appears to be some kind of gigantic skylight, allowing the sun's rays to filter through to this natural setting. Scuttling through the brush, a heap of Bug Pokemon are visible from the get-go, but disappear as soon as they spot an intruder. A thin path can be discerned from the stairs, but it is incredibly thin, only a few inches wide. Going through the path, one would still be cutting through most of the brush. The combined force of the bubbles and fist prove to be too much for the Snover. Te top half of its torso explodes in a flurry of snow, leaving only a thin stick-like body and arms, with comically wide eyes. Its limp body falls to its knees, and it lurches forward, defeated. EXP The gaggle of Paras spot a terrifying masked giant releasing his two golems of war, and start running for their home! Initiative

Jason walked up and grabbed the ball that had snagged the Snover. He then recalled Roy, putting him to the bottom of the bag since he was already hurt before looking around some more, wondering what else he'd be able to find. |

Stefan regrets his decision to approach so cautiously. He moves forward and hurls a pokeball, hoping for an easy capture as his koffing races towards the bugs. Spoiler: click to toggle

The foliage around returns to its neutral state... that must have been the doing of the critically-injured Snover. There appears to be two obvious paths from here, a bushy path to the left, and a more clear-cut path to the right. The ball misses, instead thumking into the tiny hole. It rolls... and disappears. Two of the Paras continue running, while one turns to fend off the thrower with a blast of spores! Stun Spore on Stefan: [result]9&9,1d20,0,9&1d20[/result] AC11 |

Jason steps onto the thick brush, unable to see very much... which is unfortunate, since after a few steps, he loses his footing, and is sent tumbling down a steep dirt hill that was hidden by the tall brush! (Athletics) |

Despite a couple of lofty flips, Jason is able to slow his descent quickly enough to negate any damage that would have been done, but he cannot stop sliding... The slow descent finally stops, and Jordan finds himself in a medium-sized oasis divot. There's not very much brush around, only a pond that runs toward a rocky wall. The rocky wall itself makes up half the perimeter, and the other half is the steep dirt that Jason rode down. A close look makes it seem like the rock wall doesn't go down to the bottom of the pond, which is about ten feet deep. |

Jason looks down to the pond and takes a deep breath before diving in and trying to swim underneath the rock, hoping he can make it soon. |
