Theme Music is now mandatory

As the staircase rises further up, the vines become more frequent, eventually sporting a few bulbs and flowers here and there, with the natural light glowing ever brighter. At the very top step, the claustrophobic walls immediately cease, and give way to a wondrous place: A veritable jungle in the top of the pyramid!

While the staircase is in a small clearing, most everything beyond a few meters is completely impossible to see through; all it is is brush and moss. The top of the pyramid (from the inside) is visible, and appears to be some kind of gigantic skylight, allowing the sun's rays to filter through to this natural setting. Scuttling through the brush, a heap of Bug Pokemon are visible from the get-go, but disappear as soon as they spot an intruder.

A thin path can be discerned from the stairs, but it is incredibly thin, only a few inches wide. Going through the path, one would still be cutting through most of the brush.

Both Snover are surprised, but only one is caught off guard! It gets knocked forward, while the other one leaps and turns to face the blue Koffing. The first Snover coughs a vile purple mist...

Jason begins to move towards the poisoned Snover and throws a punch while Roy moves around to the other side of the second releasing another cloud of poison.

Arriving in the Greenhouse, Stefan immediately gets to work, taking in the surroundings once more and trying to figure out the best place to find paras.

The force of Jason's fist proves to be almost too much for the poor Snover, who suffers part of it blowing off its head! It now has a divot on the top of its head, and on the right side, two injuries. The second Snover won't be having any of that Poison Gas, and quickly dispels it with its hands. The two Snover then split apart, circling around and using grass and ice attacks on Jason and Roy!

Snover A's Razor Leaf on Roy: [result]8&8,1d20,0,8&1d20[/result] AC4 [result]33&2:4:6,3d6,21,33&3d6+21[/result] Physical Grass
Snover B's Icy Wind on Jason: [result]10&10,1d20,0,10&1d20[/result] AC3 [result]28&1:2:4,3d6,21,28&3d6+21[/result] Special Ice

A voyage through some dense brush dotted with fungi leads Stefan to a mid-sized clearing (they seem to be common), with a few of the mushroom creatures in plain view... the clearing contain a small hole, presumably some kind of Paras nest. Three are out and about, munching on some dead plant matter.

Stefan stops about six meters from the nearest paras. A strategy forms in his mind as he pulls his gas mask down over his face. He then releases Krieger and Schlamm, his new koffing, right next to him.
