Theme Music is now mandatory As the staircase rises further up, the vines become more frequent, eventually sporting a few bulbs and flowers here and there, with the natural light glowing ever brighter. At the very top step, the claustrophobic walls immediately cease, and give way to a wondrous place: A veritable jungle in the top of the pyramid! While the staircase is in a small clearing, most everything beyond a few meters is completely impossible to see through; all it is is brush and moss. The top of the pyramid (from the inside) is visible, and appears to be some kind of gigantic skylight, allowing the sun's rays to filter through to this natural setting. Scuttling through the brush, a heap of Bug Pokemon are visible from the get-go, but disappear as soon as they spot an intruder. A thin path can be discerned from the stairs, but it is incredibly thin, only a few inches wide. Going through the path, one would still be cutting through most of the brush. Initiative The ball sails past the Bellsprout group, into the brush. At first, the horde is ambivalent, barely even paying the assault any mind. After a few seconds of blank stares, the horde turns in a creepy unison toward Cat (excluding the Flinched sprout), and all at once, they begin a strangely-choreographed assault on the Meowth! Moves

Meowth does not take well to the pounding, and attempts to put one of the angry bellsprout to sleep. Merchant sends out backup, and attempts another capture on the flinch. Stefan's ball misses the Flinched one, but Merchant is dead on! (15/Hardy/36 HP/Limber) The Ember attack practically fries one of the Bellsprout... but by some miracle, it's still standing! The four standing Bellsprout begin their coordinated retaliation, firing off attacks in strange unison! Moves

(Sleep is checked at the end of each turn, so I'll go ahead and go since Keres can't force itself awake.) The Meowth cries out in pain as it flies backwards, out cold! Slugma retaliates by sending a jet of fire at one of the unharmed ones, while Merchant tosses a ball at the barely standing one! The third Sprout takes the Ember to the face hardily, clearly scorched, but seemingly unaffected. Meanwhile, the exploded Sprout is easily capped! (15/Adamant/1 HP/Limber) The brood of sprouts continue their onslaught against the forces that would disturb them! Moves
