Theme Music is now mandatory As the staircase rises further up, the vines become more frequent, eventually sporting a few bulbs and flowers here and there, with the natural light glowing ever brighter. At the very top step, the claustrophobic walls immediately cease, and give way to a wondrous place: A veritable jungle in the top of the pyramid! While the staircase is in a small clearing, most everything beyond a few meters is completely impossible to see through; all it is is brush and moss. The top of the pyramid (from the inside) is visible, and appears to be some kind of gigantic skylight, allowing the sun's rays to filter through to this natural setting. Scuttling through the brush, a heap of Bug Pokemon are visible from the get-go, but disappear as soon as they spot an intruder. A thin path can be discerned from the stairs, but it is incredibly thin, only a few inches wide. Going through the path, one would still be cutting through most of the brush. The only path is a thin cutaway through a veil of brush, but Jones presses on regardless... and happens upon the same clearing most everyone has seen by now. One stump in the middle of a tiny grassland, Paras dotting the fringes of the flora. They aren't glowing like before. |

Jones smiles, approaches one of the Paras, and lets loose Inferno. "Keep the fire to yourself as much as possible, we don't want to burn this place to the ground. Now, Mean Look on that Paras please."

A good chunk of the Paras scurry for cover in the grass, but five remain, rooted firmly. Maybe they're looking for a challenge, who knows, but they seem like they want to fight. Initiative
