Theme Music is now mandatory

As the staircase rises further up, the vines become more frequent, eventually sporting a few bulbs and flowers here and there, with the natural light glowing ever brighter. At the very top step, the claustrophobic walls immediately cease, and give way to a wondrous place: A veritable jungle in the top of the pyramid!

While the staircase is in a small clearing, most everything beyond a few meters is completely impossible to see through; all it is is brush and moss. The top of the pyramid (from the inside) is visible, and appears to be some kind of gigantic skylight, allowing the sun's rays to filter through to this natural setting. Scuttling through the brush, a heap of Bug Pokemon are visible from the get-go, but disappear as soon as they spot an intruder.

A thin path can be discerned from the stairs, but it is incredibly thin, only a few inches wide. Going through the path, one would still be cutting through most of the brush.

Night has fallen, and the Greenhouse is very dimly lit. No lanterns or torches are present, but the whole bottom of the greenhouse is glowing an incredibly translucent green... it's not the trees or plants, or anything like that.

Jones stops and studies the light coming from the ground, his amazement tinged with caution now. Still keeping an eye out for any movement, he'll carefull collect a sample of the glowing green loam and inspect it.

Jones scoops up a sample of soil, bagging it for later use... but notices something off: the light isn't coming directly from the ground...

Jones peers about. Where does the light source seem to be coming from?

There's no discernible source that he can spot... a deeper search may yield results.

Jones lets out Digger. "Okay buddy, time to do some excavation. You see this glow around us?" The trapinch nods uncertainly. "Well let's try and find the source of it. Start digging here, and make it a wide enough hole for me to follow you in. When you get to the source of the glow, stop. It shouldn't be too far down, all things considered..." With that, both the Trapinch and the human set to work digging a wide, shallow hole.

The two begin to dig, but not even six feet down the hole and they hit a stone floor... nothing much down there, it seems.

Does the glow seem to be coming from the floor? Or is it still emanating from the dirt around us?

The floor is completely unglowing, as is the dirt. The glow extends over the canopy of trees in every direction, so it may not be the ground itself...

Jones clambers out of the hole with Digger, and casts about trying to find the source of the glow once again.
