1. Male 2. I tend to lean toward the elemental Psychic classes/Elementalist, but I like to explore options 3. A friend ran a PTA one-shot at a college gaming club thing (it was one of several we run on one weekend every semester). 4. Most consistent is probably either Gengar or Omanyte. Current is probably Amaura. 5. I'm partial to Water and Ghost-types. 6. Pokemon cards got to be a big thing when I was in elementary school in the brief period before they managed to get banned for being disruptive. I ran late enough that I think I got my first games in roughly this order: the TCG video game, Silver version, Yellow version. (I was heavily into the cards long before I started playing the games.) 7. 22 |

What a strange thing to finally end my lurking. 1. Apparently a dude. 2. When I'm not the GM? I prefer to fight alongside my Pokemon, usually as a Psychic or Elementalist. Seems unfair to make them do all the work. 3. I think I first found this via 1d4chan. But shhh, don't tell anyone. 4. I believe that Bagon would have to be my favourite. The little guy has guts (and he turns into a dragon!). 5. There is a Dragon type. Sorry, every other thing in existence, but my heart shall always belong to the flying lizards. 6. Me and my little brother got Red and Blue respectively when they first came out. Eventually we got our hands on one of those link cables and my Golem swept his entire team of legendaries (we didn't know that EVs were a thing and had learned how to dupe rare candies with the missingo glitch, only my Golem actually had any EVs at all), setting a precedent of him always losing to me in video games. :p 7. 24 Edited by Taejix, Feb 11 2014, 03:02 PM.

1. Female. 2. Currently GM, but I prefer the mystically-inclined classes as a general rule (but, oh man, dat science). 3. Drifted over to PTU after finding PTA on /tg/. 4. Crobat and Bulbasaur are probably tied for very most favorite. 5. Dark type, /done. 6. I got a copy of Pokémon Blue for Christmas one year, and once I figured out how to leave my character's house, I never looked back. 7. Mid-20s. |

1. Female 2. Medic 3. This, like most things, is Genya's fault. 4. Espurr is growing on me. (Get it off; I don't like things growing on me.) 5. It used to be Water type, but I think I prefer Electric nowadays. 6. The cards got really popular at my school, and I always liked computer games, so I saved up until I could afford Pokemon Blue and a Gameboy Color. 7. Early/Mid-20s. |

1. Male. 2. GM/Criminal/Breeder. 3. Found PTA on /tg/. 4. The Aron or Dratini lines. 5. Got to be the double Dragon. 6. Entered in on Red (or was it Blue?) on an old Gameboy, was hooked by the time I had Yellow on a Gameboy Colour. 7. 20. |

1.) Male. Mildly flamboyant, but I grew up with women. 2.) GM, always. Never played a PC. If I did, Martial Artist --> Aura User. 3.) Had this friend named Seth IRL who hit me up for a game once. He knew I played the video game and collected the cards, and I'd played Shadowrun with him before, so he knew I liked tabletop games (incidentally, he's the reason I play Pathfinder). 4.) During the past few years, it's been Arcanine, Gallade, Bisharp, Machamp (in that order). 5.) I really like the Fight type, but my favorite is and always will be the Dragon type. Fairies are starting to have a place in my heart. 6.) I started playing Ruby when I got a Gameboy Color for my birthday. I then proceeded to download all context for Pokemon humanly possible, and I am now (test me) a veritable encyclopedia of Pokemon knowledge and trivia. 7.) 19. |

1) Male 2) GM / Type Ace / Elementalist 3) One of my friends found the site and showed it to me, but I didn't get into it until PTU was released. 4.) Flygon line, Liligant, Golurk and Cubone line as my top, but Flygon line is my absolute favorite. 5.) Ghost or Grass Type, can't really decide between them. 6.) My friends had the Gen 1 games when I was young and then the TV show came, but I didn't get to properly play through it until I got Emerald. 7.) 20 Edited by Peldms63, Feb 28 2014, 07:10 AM.

1. Boy. But sometimes I tell the Resident Professor otherwise. 2. I actually haven't played yet, but am looking forward to starting a game! Eventually... 3. I thought a Pokemon RPG would be fun after getting embroiled in Fantasy Craft, and I googled it. I found a link to PTA (on the 1d4chan site), and also a link to the front page of the combined site (and PTU looks better overall, and has all the pokes). 4. There are just TOO MANY good pokemon to pick one. Ninetales, Infernape, Gardevoir, Gallade, Galvantula, Mawile, Volcarona, Sandslash... (I need to post now, before I think of another!) 5. Fire! This almost made Gen VI harder than it needed to be, since it had so many good ones to choose from. 6. In early grade school (first grade, I think), I was in a kind of day-care-ish after school thing. They had pokemon on the TV there (started with ep. 1), and even had someone who drew up sheets of pokemon and gave everyone photocopies to color 7. 22. Unless I forgot a year again Edited by Matanui3, Mar 24 2014, 09:44 AM.
