Thank you for noticing that. It was completely unintentional and I just fixed it.

Hi. I made a account mainly so that I might comment on this. With the release of 1.04 quite a bit of this will need to be updated and I've been planning on doing a Campaign of this with my friends, so I was wondering on when we might be able to see this updated. And if that won't happen in a while, then are there any things you can tell me to help me do my own little homebrew fix for it until you guys can finish updating this for 1.04?

My apologies for taking so long to respond.

With 1.04, I am working on a complete overhaul of the system, which will take some time. In the meantime, what questions do you have for us?

What is the most interesting thing to happen during playtesting?

A Ralts who bluffed an entire room of Klefki into not attacking, and instead fleeing out the only door through which we were trying to escape, thereby passing the entire encounter.

This being said, I was asking for questions about gameplay and mechanics.

Is there a hard limit on the Guild level one can have?
Both Explorer and Merchant grant pickup. It seems like the explorer's version is much weaker except in some edge cases unless you changed the frequency.

The idea was that 50 would be the max Guild Level. Much like how it's the max trainer level in PTX. This will be changing in the update.

I should mention this now- Pickup will be removed from both classes.

Hey, I recently started a game and one of my players had a question. How exactly is the speed and, specifically, speed evasion supposed to work? A player of mine noted that the equation on the sheet differs from the one in the CRB and I wanted to know if that was an oversight or if it was intended.

How did they note that the formula were different?

I don't rightly recall, I think it was a formula in the book was speed/5 and the one in the sourcebook was speed/10, if I recall correctly. I'm unsure.

I also have a few more questions:

1. What exactly is Education Items to be used for? We couldn't puzzle it out last session when I was giving the players loot and one asked if he needed to roll an Items check. Someone suggested it was because pokemon wouldn't know how to use human items, but that seems kinda weird, and doesn't really feel that thematically appropriate, so I dunno what to do with it.

2. One of my players is playing a Slowpoke, and I didn't realize his movement speed was so low. Last session he couldn't even get to the boss fight because everyone moved ahead of him and it made me feel bad. Is there any good way I can increase his speed, or do I just gotta handwave it?
