This same session was a blast for me too (I play the old man), for similar reasons EK enjoyed it. I decided to post what happened on Theo's end of the session. This takes place after Lauren has left to talk to Aishen on the beach.
Spoilered, for anyone who doesn't want spoilers. There's some stuff concerning the old man's history in there.
Spoiler: click to toggle Theo: "I have three questions remaining for you. The first... did you love Amber?"
Blaine: "Loved is...interesting. We had a connection. We may still do. She is my child. There is that bond. But, we never actually bonded. I didn't raise her. She is my child biologically but not in practice."
Theo: "I didn't ask what your relationship was."
Blaine:"I cared for her. But I won't cross the line and say I loved her. I can't be sure of that. I never had the chance. If dying for your child is parenting, I already failed at that."
Theo: "...my second question. Do you know where she is now?"
Blaine:"Asking if I've been keeping tabs on a creature that has the ability to change her appearance at will, into anything she pleases, become invisible and paired with quite possibly the most powerful Pokemon alive today? ...No. I have no idea."
Theo: "...final question. Did the experiments ever involve the DNA of a woman named Judith Temza?"
Kaorin's GM Niceness Macro: The GM should be VERY NICE!
Blaine:"...No. At least not this branch. The family name sounds vaguely familiar, but not the given name. I don't want to lead you on so, I know for certain Niui's branch had nothing to do with that name, up until I left."
Theo: "...thanks. You've given me a new motivation. If I ever see Amber... I'll tell her that she'd really enjoy meeting her dad." The old man gets up from his chair, a strange new feeling pounding through his chest. "Now, if you'll excuse me..." he flashes Blaine a smile. "My kids need me."
Blaine grabs Theo's arm.
Theo: "?"
Blaine:"For her sake...don't mention our biology. She's living a life without ever knowing who I am. There's no need to plague her of my existence now."
Theo: "...I might agree with you. But seeing the look on Aishen's face brings out an instinct I didn't know I had. Even if you did the things you did, she's your family. She's going to want the truth, and she'll eventually find it. When she does, what will you do then?"
Blaine:"She'll only find it if it's there to find. And as far as I'm concerned, it's not. But, if you think that it matters so deeply. If you meet Amber, ask if who her biological parents are even matters to her before you tell her anything. If she wants to know then I guess she should. But if she doesn't...it means she's moved on. Don't open up old wounds if she denies it."
Theo: "...I understand. But maybe you should spend some time thinking about what your relationships mean to you. Life is about more than raw data."
Theo drops his collected notes on the table in front of Blaine and walks out of the Pokemon Center.
Blaine looks down at the notes.
Blaine:"Maybe....maybe I should."
***
At this point, Theo has arrived at the beach, where Aishen and Lauren are talking. He can see them in the distance, but decides not to interrupt.
Theo quietly watches from a distance.
And then, Blaine walks up next to him.
Blaine:"Theo... You got me thinking. And making a spontenous old man like me think is never a good thing."
Theo:"Heh. You're telling me."
Blaine:"So, with that said, a few parting gifts. To help entice you into a few more expeditions. Who knows what else you'll get me thinking about then."
Blaine hands Theo a briefcase and a pair of keys.
Theo:"?"
Blaine:"You have parting gifts in the briefcase. I'm not sure if it'll help you. It might. It might not. And the keys are to a personal boat I once owned."
Blaine looks at his watch.
Theo:"Blaine, you don't have to do this, really."
Blaine:"Been almost a minute since I stopped owning it. Keep her fueled and she'll serve you well. Careful not to break her though. I'm not giving you a replacement."
The Party has acquired key transportation: Boat.
Theo:"Blaine... thank you."
Lauren stops scratching Whisper, and leans in towards Aishen - and gives him a peck on the cheek.
Blaine:"Just keep doing what you're doing. That's all I ask."
Aishen stares, eyes wide... "..."
Blaine looks over to the kids.
Blaine:"And I think that's my cue."
Blaine waves briefly to Theo
Theo waves back.
Lauren gets up, stretching, and then dusts the sand off of her jeans. She waves to Theo.
Lauren:"Hey! How'd it go?"
Aishen stands.
Theo:"I learned a few things. I think Blaine did too."
Theo holds up a set of keys. "I also found us some transportation to the mainland."
Lauren:*nods* o.o "...Okay! Good goin'. Think we can use it to circle th' island once or twice first? I got a request for a favor from a pretty powerful Trainer... Think it might be a good idea to follow up on it while we're here."
Theo:"Sure. Just give the word." He glances at Aishen, then back to Lauren. "Are you two doin' alright?"
Lauren looks back at Aishen. "...You tell me, hun."
Aishen blushes and nods looking at the sand."
Lauren breaks into a wide smile, and wipes her eyes.
Lauren:"Yeah, I think we're good."
Theo raises an eyebrow, but smiles and says nothing.
Also, I may have inadvertently forced our lovely GM to invent an entirely new character for the sake of the campaign. Lovely, yes?

Ok, here's my story. For the record, I GM a real-life PTU group of eight characters and one GM. We're going to focus on three of the PCs today, because the others are still trapped in Distortion World (more on that later.) The story that I’m running is kind of an Alternate Reality version of Pokémon Adventures generation 1.
The following is a session that Garrett, Lexy, and I will always refer to as the "Season One Finale." (But first, a little background!)
Spoiler: click to toggle Every year, Pallet Town has a “lottery,” and a handful of children are basically evicted from the Pallet Town orphanage to cut food and housing costs. Seven years ago, it was Red, Green, and Blue (an important distinction between Pokémon Adventures and Pokémon Special is that Green is the girl and Red is the boy). This year, it’s my party—notably Lexy the “Vampire” and Mango the Thief, who were the stars of the session in question. Lexy’s starter was a Magnemite, and before long it learned a special portal-opening move. The results: Time travel, teleportation, and under special circumstances, summoning Mew. More on that later.
In Cerulean City, they met a man named Garrett, who is a recently-retired Rocketeer who wants to mend his old ways. He teamed up with the orphans early on, and while he’s really bitter, fierce, and to-the-point, he’s got a soft spot for the kids, and he would give nothing short of self-crucifixion for the sake of atoning for his murderous past. After a while, he agreed to train with them, so they had a battle at Cerulean Gym. At the time, Green was working with Misty as a Gym Trainer. This marks the beginning of a fantastic friendship between both parties, as after a long-winded battle and some disclosure of similar motives, Misty becomes Lexy’s confidant and Green becomes an informant for future missions. Their first big job was to find Red, who had gone MIA investigating Team Rocket in Vermilion City. Green kept up with the party all the way to the S.S. Anne, using her Ditto as a mask, and some superhuman weapons prowess to fight her way through the Rocketeers. She helped them find Red, then revealed him to be her love interest as they escaped. Due to the commotion on the ship, the party ended up crash-landing in the Safari Zone. The party was split, but Red, Green and Mango got a message from Blue about Team Rocket’s next big plan in Saffron City. They left the party behind to get a lead. Meanwhile, the rest of the party took a detour through Silence Bridge and Lavender Town, where Magnemite accidentally opened a portal to Distortion World and fell inside.
They were trapped there for eight days.
They warped back to Kanto in Cerulean City, and immediately their phones were blowing up with missed calls and messages from Green, saying that the party was in trouble in Silph Co. Apparently, Rocket was developing a Strength Intensifier—if a Pokémon with Stun Spore or the like were placed inside, entire cities could be dispatched at once. The messages from Green were 6 days old, and Lexy and Garrett knew that they were on the brink of failure. Lexy legitimately believed that this recon mission could kill her, so she spent a few tearful hours talking to Misty in her office about her will, and special things that she would be leaving to her Magnemite, Ditto, and a few party members. After that, they went straight for Silph Co. and snuck in. Only two party members raided the base: Lexy because she was the party’s infiltrator, and Garrett because he knew the Rocket infrastructure and would give anything to wash away his wicked past in the blood of those who corrupted him. Within the first hour or two, both Lexy's Magnemite and Ditto were sent ahead to scout, and both of them vanished down passages. Lexy began to panic because both of her benefactors had been abducted. Still, she pressed on, and they made their way to the prison where Red and Mango were being held. Green was previously captured, but she managed to escape. Whenever she had a chance, she would hide in a bathroom or a dark corner to call the party and give them advice and mission data. An hour or so later, Green spotted the party in their Rocket disguises and knocked them out, thinking that they were the enemy. When the party woke up, they proceeded to the next room: Giovanni’s office. They went into the office to obtain information on the plan, but it was suspiciously empty. Before they had time to figure out what was going on, Green began acting very strangely, like she was not herself. She pulled a gun and shot Garrett in the face, knocking him to the ground. Then she cursed and threw the gun down, realizing it was loaded with tranquilizers. The party decided that she was being mind-controlled and decided to knock her out in order to dispatch her. After that, Sabrina, a confirmed Rocket, appeared and admitted to brainwashing Green. Then she initiated a battle with the players. Lexy and Garrett were the first to go down, and with them gone, Mango revealed his Rocket allegiance and helped Sabrina bring the others to the base where the Strength Intensifier was held.
(The following dialogue is paraphrased.)
When Garrett and Lexy woke up, Green was tied and bound on the ground in front of them, and Mango was standing beside her. Hundreds of Rocketeers were circled around them, prepared to watch the party face judgment. “Why don’t you tell Magneto to do his little dance?” Mango suggested to Lexy. “That’s all we want. Just do it, and we’ll let you go.” Lexy vehemently refused, arguing that she would never let Magnemite be a pawn in Rocket’s plan. Lieutenant Surge took a few hits at Lexy, beating her literally within an inch of her life. When she knew that there was nothing she could do, all she could say was, “Don’t do it, Magnemite.” It looked at her curiously, wondering why she would rather die than open the portal. “It’s okay,” she assured it. “Remember what we talked about with Misty. You know what will happen when I die. It’s going to be all right.” Magnemite began to tremble, teetering on the edge of releasing the energy that Mango was asking for. It released a faint hum, indicating that it was ready to open the portal. “No!” she screamed. But it was too late. Magnemite was loyal to a fault. It would rather save its trainer’s life than obey her command in this moment. Magnemite began crackling with electromagnetic energy, and its body became a portal in the air that stood ten meters in diameter. “I love you, Magnemite.” First, Mew emerged from the portal. All at once, Lexy and Garrett were thrown to the ground as the Rocketeers who confined their arms shifted their attention to Mew. In another second, a second Pokémon popped out of the portal. It looked like Mew, but something was different about it. The Rocketeers didn’t seem to care about this one. Instead, they clamored by the hundreds toward the center of the room and began throwing Master Balls up into the air until one of them captured Mew. The Rocketeer responsible was escorted to the Strength Intensifier, where he would drop Mew inside and watch the world be reborn by its psychic power, magnified one-hundredfold. “This is it,” Garrett realized. “We lost.” Then the second “Mew” approached him. “Are you here to help us?” Lexy asked. It couldn’t speak, but it shook its head. Then it pointed to Green, who began to stir on the ground. “Got it,” Garret claimed. With the Rocketeers off his back, he rushed to her side and used Night Slash to free her from her bonds. “What’s going on?” she asked. “Is the machine live?” “Worse,” Lexy said. “Mew’s inside.” “Yeah,” added Garrett. “We lost.” Green’s face grew stern. “I’ll be damned if you’re going to tell me I’ve lost before I even…” and her voice trailed off as she jumped to her feet and ran to the throng of Rocketeers who gathered to witness the Strength Intensifier’s debut. As she approached them, she pulled a handgun out of ********** and pointed it at the back of a Rocketeer’s head. He went down. Then she shot another. And another. Before the crowd knew which way to look, she had already downed a dozen of the men. As they closed in on her, she pulled out a pair of hand grenades that she had been hiding in ********** and tossed them at the Rocketeers’ feet. Another twenty men went down as Green sprinted away and ducked for cover. She looked from left to right, hoping that someone would come to her aid. Lexy and Garrett were scrambling to their feet, still dumbfounded by Green’s performance. Red was nowhere to be seen. Lexy and Garrett couldn’t do anything. Mango had taken all of their weapons and Poké balls, so they could only stand and watch. But Green couldn’t do it alone. With a final, resounding bang, a bullet collided with Green’s chest, and she fell to the ground. Without giving her a second look, the Rocketeers turned back toward the Strength Intensifier. Screams of “It’s turning on,” and “Get ready,” were shouted from one Rocketeer to the next as they anticipated the last remaining moments until doomsday. Lexy and Garrett ran to Green’s side. Garrett lifted her up and tried to put pressure on the wound. No matter what he tried, the bleeding wouldn’t stop. He could feel her fading away with each second that passed. “How did you do that?” Lexy asked. “Now’s not the time for that,” Garrett barked. He looked down at Green, but he could hardly see her through his own tears. “No,” Green said. “It’s all right.” Then her arm fumbled on the ground beside her until her hand found the gun. She extended the handle to Lexy and forced a weak chuckle. A tiny mist of blood spat up from her throat. “I’ve just been doing this a lot longer than you have. Red and I…” Her eyes looked blankly upward, like she was looking at someone that no one else could see, her arms twitched, trying to reach for it, but she wasn’t strong enough. Lexy checked the gun. “It’s empty,” she told them. Green turned back to Lexy. “Here.” Her fingers pulled against the utility belt around her waist. She tried to pry it open, but her shaking arms didn’t have the strength. “I’ll get it,” Lexy volunteered. She unfastened the belt and put it on. “Thanks,” Green said. She began to close her eyes. “And good luck. You're going to need this a lot more than I do now.” The machine kicked on, and Mew’s power began to flow out of it. The glass of the vat that held Mew shattered, spraying the eyes of Blaine, Koga, and all the other Rocket scientists who operated it. But then the shockwave went farther out. Rocketeers were lifted from their feet, levitating ten meters in the air. When they reached the zenith, their heads exploded completely, showering the ground with blood, brains, and bone and leaving nothing but neck stumps remaining. Then the shockwave continued, and one fraction of a second at a time, everyone in the room was combusting on contact with Mew’s psychic energy. Lexy made a run for it. But when she turned around, Garrett hadn’t moved. “Get up,” she said. Even while the burst of energy grew closer, Garrett couldn’t stand and run. The weight of one more life taken by Team Rocket bore too heavily on his arms. “Green…” he bellowed. “An innocent just… died in my arms. What am I supposed to do?” Despite Garrett’s stubborn grief, the psychic wave didn’t halt its movement toward him. The second “Mew” ran to cover Garrett and Lexy, casting a barrier over them and flying them upward into the crumbling ceiling of the base. “No!” Lexy cried. “You can’t leave Magnemite behind!” She tried to reach out for it, but her hand smashed against the glassy barrier. As they flew upward, the shockwave below ripped through the crowd. Magnemite was lifted from the ground and thrown back down. It fell weakly, its eye closed. Lexy looked away before she could watch the same happen to Green. Lexy was lulled to sleep by the pink Pokémon’s calming power. Garrett had just enough strength to keep his eyes open and look behind him as the mountainside crumbled into nothing, leaving the world to come crashing down on Mango, Green, Red, Blue, Magnemite, Ditto, and some of the most important figures in Rocket history.
And by the time he was flown to safety, Garrett’s eyes closed, and he too was sleeping.
