That makes me wonder if half Pokémon could breed with full Pokémon, if "never would've happened" would be needed or if it was impossible... although I wish my might would get off the subject.

On a slightly less... disquieting note, who/what is the "ultimate revenge"?

A memorable moment for everyone: When you decide on your teams naming scheme.

Related: In one game I joined recently I have a a yamask named Mask and a murkrow named Hat

I don't know if this qualifies as much as a crazy breeder story as much as a crazy breeding story, but anyways...

This was during the first PTA campaign I played in, we had stopped in the hometown of a couple other PCs for the night. I was staying in our coordinator's family's house, when the Wailmer egg I had for a while began hatching... while I was on the second floor...

Let's just say that two-story house became a one-story.

Then there was the time I used yawn without realizing it was a burst move. The entire party feel asleep and Team Plasma got away. And there was much shame on my part. oTL

There was an interesting moment in our campaign where my engineer's father, mad German scientist think dr. Membrane, arrived to help build stuff to combat the big bad. Resulting in building a laser tag arena out of boredom where he violently took out the entire group. It was a beautiful non productive session

I think as long as they're in the same egg group, the Never Should Have Happened feature wouldn't be necessary. But as the Duosion indirectly said, it probably would be necessary in this case.

Who is the "ultimate revenge"? Anyone not Crystal. Or it could be no one at all. I don't know for sure; our party's breeder is a habitual liar.

So, in a sandbox game, a high level petrologist runs into some ancient ruins and is confronted by a horde of crobats who are inhabiting the cave complex he's currently in. He releases his torkal and uses game plan to maneuver it in position to let out a yawn. He fluffs it by using his pickax to fling the torkal across the battlefield.

Best fluffing of game plan ever.

So, my Petrologist nearly inadvertently pulled off a TPK yesterday. The Museum in his home town has an unidentified fossil, which had been bugging him for the longest time. After he finally got his Revivification Chamber, he decided to try and revive it to identify the fossil. The first hint that something was off should have been the fact that my +3 bonus to revive it was being negated by a -5 penalty. I decided to still give it a shot. Rolled a 7. The egg that was produced flash-froze into a chunk of ice and died instantly upon removal from the chamber. Turns out that what the museum has is a fossilized wing of a homebrew Legendary that's Bug/Ice called Rimeoth. Out of play, the GM informed me that if I'd rolled a 1 or lower, I'd have created a pokemon that is to Rimeoth what Mewtwo is to Mew, and flash-frozen the entire city. Rimeoth is essentially the Hail version of Kyogre or Groudon, and if I'd flubbed it would have been that much worse.

We just had our first session, and my very, very, very nice GM taught me a valuable lesson.

Vale is and ex-Team Rocket trying to go legit. A vengeful Team Rocket wants her rare Eevee. She walks into Celadon City, looking to get her pokemon liscense, and has absolutely no idea where to find the professor that moves around constantly. My thought, talk to everyone in town until we find the professor's whereabouts. A male figure is leaning up against a construction site (pretty sure it was the future Rocket Game Corner). I say, Vale walks up to that guy to ask him about the professor. My GM says, are you sure you don't want to check out your surroundings first? Or roll to see if you notice anything about the man? I took the hint. Rolled high enough. This man is rough-looking, with black pants, a black shirt, and a black hat pulled over his eyes. Vale doesn't want to touch that with a fifty-foot pole. She ducks inside the nearest building, which happens to be a PokeCenter whose nurse was the right person to ask about the professor.

Later on in the same session, Vale and another PC (Penny) are riding in the bed of a truck. They are on a single-lace road with a cliff face on one side and a drop off into a lake/river/ocean on the other. Some boulders fall off the cliff and, due to a roll of 1, Vale is hit right is the face. They finally meet up with the professor, and she looks like she was hit by the truck instead of riding in it.

I had a player (researcher) find four Drowzee just rooting around for berries. He decided tell his starter (natu) to go up there and steal some of the berries the Drowzee were eating.
His Natu hopped over and pecked a berry out of one's hands, and obviously made it angry. He then proceeded to have Natu knock it out, as he threw a pokeball at another. [Rolls: Successful Capture] That's not the worst part, to move up to throw the pokeball, he put himself between the drowzee and his Natu. The Drowzee still low levels, couldn't reach his Natu, but they could reach him. They moved up and both hit him with pound. Rather than flee, he proceeded to try and slap them back. He didn't even try to move, he just proceeded to try to slap them.

A couple of moments from our intro session for catching Pokémon:

We were at the lake-ish place near Rustboro City, and Antonio, our Black Belt with the mental capacity of a 5-year-old, decided to go fishing after reading "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Gray Fish". He caught a Magikarp with his bare hands and named it Red Fish. His life goal is now to get Red Fish to meet Gray Fish, which will lead to shenanigans once we get to Route 119.

Now, I am playing a Petrologist, and I was met by a Swablu that is obsessed with tidiness. He began to dust me off. I smeared some mud from the river bank we were near inside the Pokéball I was going to use to catch it. It began to clean out the Pokéball, when I...closed it on its wing. I rolled for capture and succeeded. That's the most underhanded way to catch a Pokémon that I ever have used.
