Hello! I just recently joined because I was invited to a PTA campaign, and I'm trying to help my GM out (I'm his assistant, although also a player) with stuff like keeping track of Pokemon and finding a good way to do random encounters. Your program looks pretty awesome, but I'm curious if you'll be eventually allowing the edition/alteration of existing Pokemon and types. There's a possibility we'll be using a small list of Fakemon that introduce a new type, along with some type edits to existing Pokemon.
As of right now, the program can...sort of accept new Pokémon.

You have to create a new entry in the Pokémon XML file and fill out all the entries by hand. Eventually, there will be the ability to fully customize the list of Pokémon.

Formlesstree, First of all I just wanted to say that this program is the coolest most useful thing ever. Keep working on it. Its the best. Also I was wondering if you were still posting the source code as it would be great to see and help with. I know the previous version was on codeplex but I wasn't sure if you were updating it somewhere else. Once again a huge fan, Thanks.

Starting with the next release, I'll be posting the source code for that specific build. I really should be using Codeplex for SVN access, but I keep forgetting to, heh.

Having problems when trying to add abilities it gives me the error saying an "Unhandled exception has occurred" I tried redownloading but still the same error. Is this something I am doing wrong or something wrong with a file somewhere?

Do you mind posting what the error is? It helps out tremendously when debugging.

I went to add an ability to Arcanine (along with others after i had done a few other PKMN) and every time i try to add it this is the error that give me.
"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. if you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

I really like this program and Id really like to use it for the campaign me and my friend are trying to set up. It wont give this error right away but after a while of using the program it comes up. We are using it to set up our gym leaders and have them ready for the trainers to fight.

If Im missing any info or giving you the wrong info let me know and I will try and do my best to help fix the problem.

It seems to do this when you open an existing file from the top Menu Bar (as opposed to the sub-window Menu Bar). It's tricky because if you hit "New..." on the top Menu Bar, it still works fine.

In other words Ctrl+Alt+O works, but Ctrl+O doesn't.

If there's enough of a demand for PTU, I'll switch priorities and migrate to a PTU version instead.
