Yeah, sure. I've got no problem with spectators; there'll probably be a few people joining from off-site too if I can manage it. |

That intro has made me kind of interested in this. So, I've got a question: by dark, do you just mean to increase the danger level, or do you plan to include some horror or weird mystery in it? |

A little of both, I suppose, is the best way to put it. |

Ah, sounds good. If you'd like another player, I should be able to handle two campaigns, though I'd have to figure out IRC if you run it over that. Plus, it'll be interesting seeing the the damage difference between the two firsthand. |

Yeah, you're more than welcome to join along. IRC is really simple, it's purely text chat. It's just very good for running roleplaying games due to the availability of dice roller scripts and stuff, so lots of campaigns run on it when they don't want to put in the full effort for MapTools or similar (And I've got reasons for not wanting to, though I may try it anyway) |

We could always use maptools, but just use the chat. Still have tokens to keep our character sheets, Macros for using our moves, all of that stuff, but without actually using the maps. You know, Like we did in the Rock Ghost fight. |

Oh god rock ghosts Uh, anyway, I'll probably just pick one or the other. It's more a matter of "Can I be arsed to map out something that's X-Box Hueg", so I suppose I should probably get started, haha! |

Here's my sheet: Name: Charles Warren Carmichael (Call him Warren) Age: 19 Gender: Male Height: 6' 2" Weight: 140 lbs Level: 5 Features Stats: Max HP: 80 STR: 14 (+2) DEX: 10 CON: 16 (+3) INT: 12 (+1) WIS: 7 (-3) CHA: 12 (+1) Class Path: Ace Trainer -> Type Ace (Water) -> Type Ace (Fire) Potential Lineup: Tentacool, Slowpoke, Numel, Houndour, Horsea, Cyndaquil Beginning Pokemon: Alfred the Numel Seymour the Tentacool Avery the Slowpoke _______ A man who believes himself to be God's gift to women everywhere, this supposedly suave character grew up rather sheltered. The town he lived in was small, and among his friends, he made few. This was not because he was anti-social. In fact, he was far from it. Telling everyone he met to call him Warren, he had an almost oppressively friendly attitude. As he grew up, people continued to avoid him simply because of his outgoing attitude and the fact that he was clearly not all there upstairs. Often times, he could be heard talking to himself, planning out things that would never occur. He stands tall and lanky, looking almost sickly in his physique. His hair, jet black in color, seems in permanent need of a shower and always slicks back of its own accord. His face, perhaps one of the reasons he was avoided by his peers, bears a continual grin and a sly look. A long cut along his cheek is the only remaining sign of the long distant fights he would get in with others as a child. Those whom found him overbearing often attempted to beat him into his place, but like some freak of nature, his tolerance for pain knew no bounds. Furthermore, Warren has a tendency to antagonize women, to dog after them in fruitless attempts to woo, all the while wondering why they would avoid him. A fanatic of water and fire types, he idealizes the contrasting styles as a statement about his own personality. He considers himself easy-going and laid-back as the flow of water, whilst embodying the raw energy of fire. As a child, one could often find him down by the lakeside, playing with the little Remoraid that swam near the shore. Octillery often found themselves in people's houses because of him, and the family Growlithe was near inseperable from young Warren. Edited by BigTentacruel, Aug 6 2010, 06:01 PM.

Name: Alex Grey Age: 19 Gender: Male Height: 6' Weight: 160 Pounds Class Path: Ace Trainer -> Type Ace (Steel) (Gym Leader) -> Stat Ace (Defense) (Frontier Brain) Potential Lineup: Magnazone, Aggron, Bronzong, Nidoking, Skarmory, Shuckle Stats Pokemon: Tech the Magnemite Terma the Aron Opey the Bronzor _____________________________ Jason had lived in Ivoryscape City since he had moved there from Hoenn at the age of 8. He Always had a love of steel types, originating from the Magnamite he found outside an abandoned factory back in Hoenn. As he grew the Magnamite, Tech, never left his side. It is never in its Pokeball, but will often cling onto the chain Jason wears around his waist, charging it with static. Jason has one dream. To be the best. Like no one EVER was. Many of his friends wanted to be pokemon trainers, but that was never enough for him. Some wanted to be Gym Leaders, bet even that wasn't enough. He wanted to do what no one has before. He was going to be both a Gym Leader, and a Frontier Brain. He would be the one that even a Pokemon Master would have trouble defeating. He was already well on his way. His Pokemon Are raised to take a punch. Nothing can take them down. And nothing will stop him. Edited by Halfwing, Aug 6 2010, 12:52 AM.

Since people want to take Type Aces, I'll allow you to take them for your level 4 and/or 5 feat if you want, as though you'd seen them. Your Pokedexes are going to get a reset anyway at the start of this and I can't exactly guarantee anything from that point on. Similarly, if people want to take an advanced class or feature with some other roleplaying-event condition to it, I probably won't mind (For instance, a Martial Artist taking Drain Punch, or an Ace Trainer becoming a Chaser due to having valuable foes escape them). Just be aware that those things will have to be taken now, if you want them, and where there can actually be a legitimate condition (Such as Type Ace having stat requirements), you've got to fulfill them.
