So I did a bit of a teaser for this on the last post of Fantastic Beasts, but for a while I've been working on a Steampunk/Western Pokemon setting. Worldbuilding is one of my few true loves, and the gnawing thought of how I could build a setting (in part) around Vivillon Powder took me to interesting places. That combined with inspiration from a few reading/viewing guilty pleasure all sort of culminated into this world that mixes elements of steampunk and western with Pokemon and a more traditional fantasy slant. So without further ado, here's Uluru. I welcome positive and negative feedback - although I request that you keep it constructive. Where does it need more fleshing out, what do you want to see more of, where are the holes in my setting or contradictions. Or not. If by some random chance someone wants to use this for a game, feel free and let me know how it goes. Don't anticipate that, but one can dream right? Anyways, let me know what you think! -Scamander Edited by Professor Scamander, Mar 29 2017, 11:15 AM.

I always wanted to do a steampunk setting PTU campaign. This will definitely help, thanks. |

Thanks! Feel free to steal whatever parts of it you feel like.
It is indeed! Sanderson's work is some of my favorite, and Alloy of Law really got me thinking about how Pokemon could fit into the world. The further I got, the further I drifted from a simple crossover type setting to something more intricate and original, but its true that a lot of stuff has its roots in Sanderson's work. |
