That's the beauty of it - since they're furniture sliders, they're already adhesive. I just removed the card stock and slapped the Pokemon on top, takes about thirty seconds.
Now, cropping, printing, and cutting the pokemon take much longer, but actually putting it together is simple enough.

I've actually done similar for D&D-type games, using white or hot glue, 1" metal washers from a hardware store, and MtG cards. Cut out the card using a hole punch, and glue it down. The washers are cheap and heavier, too, I think. Usually like 8 for a dollar.

Metal is pretty hardcore, and the plastic sliders are 8 for 2 dollars where I am. On the other hand, I don't have to glue anything and it's great. How does having metal tokens feel? Is it satisfying and pleasing to touch?

They have a nice, comfortable weight, and clunk down nicely. Overall, pretty cool.
