It's that time of year again in North America where geeks like me have no real interest in sports, and we wanna do something else during the Superbowl.

So in the spirit of the American pastime, I would like my PTU group to participate in a Football-style minigame where their Pokemon of various species will be using their skills like Athletics, Acrobatics, Combat, etc. to compete against the opposing team of 6 and make roll-offs against offensive strategies.

I'm asking the PTU forum is what skills could be used for each offensive and defensive strategy to the best of our nerdy ability.

What skills could catching and throwing use?
Downs and Turnovers?
Field Goals and Kick offs?
Interception, grappling and tackles?
Speed, movement and evasions?
It's a full contact sport. No actual moves are going to be used, only moderated struggle attacks for tackling.
Telekinetics and quadrupeds could also play.

Every mon has a unique set of skills and I intend on making each one play a different role in the game. I'm asking you guys, how do you think it should be played?

I can't give you any hard rule suggestions, since I'm not a big football guy...
But I do know you should make it more like NFL Blitz than real football.
