Long jump and high jump

Perhaps I missed it somewhere in the core rules, but when looking up a pokemon on the pokedex, under capability, it says jump x/y. Which one is long and which one is high?

It's in the order listed on the character sheet if I remember correctly. I don't have access to it at the moment so I can't tell you what it is specifically.

Generally speaking, it's easier to jump horizontally than vertically.

If I'm remembering correctly, the devs have said that it's in alphabetical order, so High/Long.
