It's thematically similar to a lot of moves with Pass, so that works well. |

I guess if you wanted to make X-Scissor special then you could have it be a melee move that hits 3 adjacent squares instead of 1. Y'know, because they do a giant X slash or something. |

Hit cardinally adjacent squares? That gives you the X at least, although starts to get into the question for sure of how far is too far to change it? |

That's a good point, but it's not like it's got anything else going for it like a high crit rate or power. Something's gotta give. |

There's no reason to change X-Scissor, it will just have better frequency than Leech Life. Giga Drain, Horn Leech, and Drain Punch, which all have the same DB as Leech Life in PTU, is Scene x2, so Leech Life most likely will be as well. X-Scissor is currently At-Will, which gives it advantages over Leech Life (can be used every turn and can be used under new Suppressed)

As a spoiler, this is something I put into the updated Move List. X-Scissor with Pass keyword is pretty good, though it should be EOT like Night Slash if you use it that way. Edited by Domo, Jan 19 2017, 10:04 AM.

To be clear, Domo is an OFFICIAL MINI DEV so this is Established Canon (tm) for 1.06, not just his own homebrew or something |
