I was thinking Clefairys and Bellossoms, but we can go for the carnivores.

I mean, feral doesn't have to mean violent. Maybe the trainer just wants to go lay in the dirt and sprinkle water on themselves... but that's still going to put people off of getting to know them :P

So that actually brings up another good question. Should my Pokemon be more monstrous and actively violent against humans or should they be more like really territorial animals with super powers?

The idea of a feral mechanic is interesting, and it has me thinking along the lines of Claymore. I was thinking that you run the risk of becoming feral the more you try to push your Pokemon's power, like by spending AP outside of features to gain accuracy for an attack. The more you use at once, the harder it becomes to control, like the Yoma Aura. You could say that some forms of spending AP have this risk or all, or that certain AP uses carry greater risk than others.

Ultimately it could come down to (if you wanted to play it darker) all trainers eventually give in to this dark aura, and that it is a fate that is inescapable for Trainers, lurking in the back of their minds. Unless they die first.

I would go with violent against humans. If you are going down the feral route, might as well go deep. It would also give more credibility to the taming ability of the trainers, like "oh wow, you can tame them, you are good."
