Anything with Huge/Pure Power is probably a pretty safe choice.

So that leaves the Marill family, the Bunnelby family, Cherrim, Mega Mawile, the Meditite family and... Ledian??
Wait, Ledian learns Mach Punch? Huh.

The main thing though is how it lets you boost your base stat. I'd look at Pokemon based on their moves or their abilities rather than their species stats since you can mold them more.
Got any good ones in mind?

What if for my other two classes I went Speed Ace and Commander? Would that be a better option then making one of them Hunter?

Rider/Herald/Speed Ace/Commander seems like it hangs together pretty well. Hunter can be useful, and its abilities play well with Rider since you and your Pokémon will reliably be adjacent to the same opponent. But when you're looking for stuff that's useful under League rules, where you're not allowed to ride around on your Pokémon and Dragon Claw people, it's not really what you're after. (As well as requiring two skills that don't overlap with any of your other classes.) But it's your build, after all.

You'd rely heavily on your Command, since it'd now be a prereq for three classes and also your main combat skill, but as skills to rely heavily on go, Command is one of the better ones. That bonus from XP training is pretty great. Any Stat Ace is really useful, and Speed Ace is pretty awesome since it does stuff like let your mon turn moves into Priority, Disengage as a Swift Action, or gain Speed Boost for a scene (and remember every +2 Speed CS boosts movement capabilities by 1).

Side note: If you go for Commander, seriously, get Commander's Voice. Being too busy shouting orders to stab people, or vice-versa, is a pain, so using it just for the Swift Action Orders is wonderful for a combat trainer - and of course if you're not in combat it means you get to throw out two orders at once. Luckily, just having Commander will qualify you since it gets you Orders as a bonus feat.

Commander's voice sounds like a good option so that I can use an order and attack in the same round, though thinking/reading on it, the Commander class doesn't sound as useful to me, since I'll be using my turns in non-league to attack baddies and it's not as useful to just order my mon in a league setting.
I think I'll go for Ace Trainer and then either Speed Ace or Attack Ace

So as it turns out, the GM has informed me that there will mostly only be poke combat and little trainer combat. For now I'm starting with Ace Trainer and Attack Ace. Not sure what's good to pair with those two
