yep yep, Looking at Snivy right now in Pokedex revision 1.05.

Basic Ability 1: Instinct
Basic Ability 2: Intimidate
Adv Ability 1: Chlorophyll
Adv Ability 2: Contrary
High Ability: Courage

Believe you me, I was confused about this too, as was a friend of mine when I was crafting these... Only instances of Overgrow, Blaze and Torrent are the Elemental Monkeys. I'm guessing it was to fluff up the Type strategists further, but yeah, honestly, it's weird.
that is incorrect ability list

look a the February play-test

This is snivy new list

Basic Ability 1: Sol Veil
Basic Ability 2: Overgrow
Adv Ability 1: Contrary
Adv Ability 2: Leaf Rush
High Ability: Sway

Edit: Just noticed the Courage part isn't there, but the Last Chance bits are missing.

I'll have do download the new version, alright, if that's the case I'll update those shortly, also, thank you to Itsyfab for the notification regarding Passimian

Another heads-up, Passimian has Oranguru's base stats listed instead of his own!

Are the playtests the official rules? I thought they were only playtests.

Isn't 25 too early for a Vikavolt? You get Vikavolt in an area with level 40ish Pokémon. Just an opinion =)

Fair, I might update that that way, or give it whatever Nosepass and Magnezone have.

Hey, just letting you know as of episode four of the sun and moon anime, Rowlet is confirmed to eat fruits! I'm not talking only berries, but actual fruits, like melons and bananas.

Posted Image

I'd personally suggest making it's line omnivores.

So this was mentioned and since it concerns the Alola pokemon. It was something about Ultra Beasts maybe having Aura's or something similar could we get more in depth information, and details into that design process as I'm curious where the dev's are going with it.
As they just seemed to be very powerful pokemon not full on Legendaries

Fair, admittedly I was treating them as legendaries, perceiving that as being the case during the datamining. part of why I've been not updating recently (despite REALLY looking forward to Mimikyu's bit) was I was working them out.

Long story short, In engine, they'll follow logic like this

Basic 1: Beast Boost (natch, they have this, could be fluffed to the Totem Aura effect too, if desired.)
Adv 1: Beast Durability (Ignore Injury Debuffs until reaching X injuries)
Adv 2: Beast Ferocity (1 Extra move in the list)
Adv 3: Beast Instinct (+2 Evasion on non SE hits)
High 1: Signature ability (Lifted from Pokedex Entries and trying to make them dangerous. Two names I'm eager to share are Psyche Infestation for Nihilego and Perplexing Pulsar for Xurkitree, in Nihilego's case, it would tie a lot into late-game spoilers)

As for Aura suggestions, To some degree Ultra Space seems to be something highly tied to what I'd perceive as the Outsider's Realm in BatD, so I'm offering up a suggestion of maybe An Aura. It's not necessarily something to use no matter what, but it does play to the Ultra Beast's bizarre nature, so it's there for fun should you want to fluff them up further.
