So, I guess it never got announced in here, and so on the off-chance nobody saw it: Incineroar is Fire/DARK. Not Fire/Fighting.

Let me repeat that. The Fire-Type starter becomes Fire/Dark. FIRE/DARK. It is NOT Fire/Fighting. We all clear on that? Yes? Good.

In other news, I'm looking forward to catching all the Ultra-Beasts and all the Island Guardians~

Still not a fan of Incineroar's design, but it was a huge relief to find out that it WASN'T Fire/Fighting.

edit.:Some Moves are also getting some changes, like Leech Life becoming 80 Power instead of a measly 20.
I'd heard from someone earlier that Leech Life was becoming a TM. That seemed rediculous, since TM moves are never that weak. With the datamine revealing that it's got 80 Power now, putting it roughly equal to Giga Drain, it seems much more reasonable.

Reasonable? It may make for a welcome change competitively, becoming a restorative Bug move (more reliable than Bug Bite). I am just hoping that there are no early-game Zubat caves because a lvl. 5 Zubat with a 80 Power draining move is somewhat terrifying.

I, for one, welcome our Zubat overlords...

Thanks for the update, Kairose. I didn't go through that much information in the datamine and this puts my fears at ease.
