A team of criminals lead by the boss Sir. Prizes a billion with a legion of illegal scientist seeking to replace all the world's natural Pokemon and people and replace them with his mechanical versions. The teams end goal is to use Arceus to while out all life including themselves.
I'd kinda like to know what you guys think.

I think you need to actually spell out some more details, and maybe do a grammar check, because I only understood about half of that post.

Yes, I'm sorry about that. Basically, I'm looking for feedback on my idea for a new campaign my players want to do. I decided to make a team based off a boss with the technical knowledge and charisma of Tony Stark, but the mentality of Dr. Robotnic and Dr. Wily combined. With the end game goal of wiping out all life and replacing it with Robotic lifeforms capable of existing without humans.
My basic idea was going well what if the Silph Co. Pokeball company and the league were run by one person everyone trusted? And when he was ready to start his attack on the region he'd flip one switch and cause everything to go to hell in a hand basket. Pokeballs that wouldn't release Pokemon, the PC stopped working, every technology used by trainers shut down, and then his legion of robotic Pokemon would attack.

Honestly, it kind of breaks suspension of disbelief when you try to give the villain that much power before the game even starts. And that's sort of like what Team Flare was about, though without the whole robotics angle.

As it stands, the way you've put things out so far, you've stripped the PCs of pretty much all their advantages, and frontloaded the villain's power level to the point that even surviving would be a challenge, let alone taking the fight to him.

Also, there's a direct conflict of interests by having the guy who runs/owns Devon Corp. also being in charge of the Pokemon League as well, something that I as a player would definitely go "wait, what?" when I learned. And not in an impressed way.

Okay then how about as a separate company coming short of like a corporate espionage, the villain sends his grunts into an area/business to destroy something and if they succeed (going on the lines my players didn't get there in time or lost the battle) the leader would come in and help repair things placing a hidden trojan Ponyta of shorts.
And in the case of them succeeding he'd improve their reputation as a champion up to the point he came out as the villain.
Also, thanks for calling me out on my original idea honestly I wanted to make something with a higher difficulty than what I did before to challenge my players/friends.

Maybe instread of killing and replacing all the pokemon and people in the world. His new pokemon are the new rage, things like polgon are already cannon, with the twist being he using the pokemons souls to power said robots.

That does sound more workable, and I could easily reformat it into a short of evil big brother/big business tycoon company.
