Does Anyone Own The Articulated Misty Figure From Hasbro?; If so, how is it?

So, this series hasn't had the biggest presence in the realm of articulated action figures, and it was only a few years ago that I even became aware that a Misty figure existed. Sadly, it seems to be a very rare figure. It's usually overshadowed by the static figure released earlier. This is the articulated figure.

It seems there's not much information about this action figure. Part of me wants it, but I also don't think it looks very high quality in any photograph I've seen. I can't find any reviews of it.

So there's the topic at hand: If you own this figure, or have in the past, would you recommend it to someone who likes action figures? How posable is it, where are the points of articulation, and what form?
