Is there any feature to craft better balls than Great ball?
I have found the one with Dusk ball and all that but is there one for Ultra balls or even Master balls? (Master Ball seems really OP)

Master Ball is reserved entirely as something that can only be handed to you by the GM. There will never be a way to obtain it unless the GM decides to give it to you as a reward for something.

As for Ultra Balls, they are surprisingly also uncraftable. I would have thought that there would be some way to make them, but it turns out there isn't.

Premier, Safari, and Sport Balls are also not craftable, but they're functionally identical to basic balls anyway.
Cherish and Park Balls are also not craftable, and are different from craftable balls. Park Balls are the same as Ultra Balls, so the reason is probably the same. Cherish Balls are between Basic and Great Ball quality, and are probably only left out for their "event" connection.

The other balls can all be made with the Basic Balls edge, Apricorn Balls edge, or Poké Ball Crafter feature, as you have discovered.

Okey. If I would homebrew a way to make ultra balls should I just make it an edge with something like a Tech Ed. 4 or something as requirement or just all the other poké ball crafting stuff already learned?

Personally, I'd make it part of the Poke Ball Crafter edge if you wanted to let your players craft Ultra Balls. Just add them to the list of balls they can craft with that edge. No reason to have them pay an edge tax for one ball. :P

True :) Or I can just grant it as a reward of some sort. Like a blueprint for it or something!

You could grant it if the trainer has invested in the feature AND the edges as an extra bonus, or as a thematic in game bonus (part of a quest reward for a company is an Ultra Ball blueprint or something).

Otherwise I think the reasoning is because Ultra Balls are fairly strong at all stages of the game, so being able to craft them probably throws off a bit of the economic balance. Normally, you could satisfy most of your needs with the crafted balls and Ultra Balls would be an investment for special encounters.... I'm not a "catch 'em all, catch everything in sight" Pokemon player though, so the nuance of balancing the economics of the playstyle is purely speculation for me.
