With the Normal Elementalist having Weather Ball in their arsenal of moves that they can learn. Obviously a person could just have a Pokemon, such as Castform, with them to perform these moves, but I was wondering if there was a way, as a Trainer, to just have these moves available for you to use without the assistance of a Pokemon. |

If you're up for homebrew, I know DNA made a meteorologist class for PTU on this page: http://forums.pokemontabletop.com/topic/10235702/1/ . That has Weather ball in it, though I can't recall if it's for PTU 1.04 or 1.05. |

I don't believe that there is a RAW way to do so. However, you could always see if your GM would be willing to give you a custom item of some sort that gives you limited access to the move? |

...I'm not sure what you're asking. As you said, Normal Elementalist has access to Weather Ball. If you want to be able to use it as not-normal type without pokémon using weather moves, there's the Prismatic Alignment feature from the same class, although it's limited to once per scene (per move). If you want actual weather moves, the only RAW way is via other elementalist classes, which prevents their use with your own Weather Ball. |

To answer this question, I made it for 1.04, but it can be ported over perfectly well to 1.05, with (as far as I'm aware) no tweaks required. It is heavily a weather-based class, so if your GM gives you permission, this may be something you're really after. |
