I think it's kind of a strange move to ask you to burn your super awesome strictly-limited feature for another player in the first place... if I were a GM, I'd give your character some serious karma points for doing that at the very least. Your GM isn't obligated to do anything for you in return, obviously, but I think your GM asking you to give up a highly valued use of your feat without promising any benefit for you isn't fair.

This is a pretty weird situation, since what he's asking isn't really the intended use of the feat as far as I can tell (if you're not creating and hatching a special egg), so I think it would be easier and fair to everyone if the GM simply worked the special mon into the narrative. Taxing one of your capstone features to reward another player just doesn't make sense to me. I'm sure there's a cleaner, more fair way to give the other player his special mon, if it's come up in the story before. Though if they player simply thought to himself "I want this special mon with X special things!!", then... why not make it a quest for him instead of taxing you?

As in all things, I think you need to talk it over with the GM in question. The GM's job is to ultimately determine what results from the feature. However, that is not to say you don't have a say on the subject.

First things first, talk to your GM and ask if you may suggest a few ideas in what results from your mad science/breeding exploits. Nine times out of ten, I bet they'll be willing to discuss that with you. In fact, they might actively want your input, since popping a random mon out of nowhere can be difficult.
