Evasion Stacking: It's a thing.

Here's an idea, what if every injury lowered the evasion cap by one. Evasion would still be fully effective at the beginning of battle but as you wear your foes down, they would become increasingly easy to hit.

That would exacerbate issues with unlucky misses causing a loss, and would hurt builds based on fighting/sustaining through damage.

Not to mention injuries are probably something that add up over multiple battles instead of just one battle. This would promote a death spiral for your mons if you can't Pokémon center between each fight, which you more than likely can't.
