What's the range on the Bola? Edit: Way I see it, that's a close range weapon. Which means it's effective range is 4 meters. So since I was at least ten meters ahead of them (though I would argue for more because they were on the other side of the clearing) I don't see how the guy could target me with the bola without getting into range first. First thing to consider is these hunters are overland 8 base. Second this is that you are running through a forest, and these hunters have Naturewalk: Forest. They know how to move around in the woods. Unless I missed you having Naturewalk Forest/Jungle, that would put you moving at 5 on a dash where they move 8 for a shift. And I was using their throwing range for the Bola, which is 8, since it is a thrown weapon. Hope that clears it up!

Alright...they are two meters away...need to use a Shift action to stand, but! I'm not out of tricks just yet! Shrugged off a psychic attack, did they? Well, let's see how the forest dwellers like THIS! Mystery jumps between them and Shane and uses Roar! AC 1 [result]19&19,1d20,0,19&1d20[/result] |

Hunter 1 will disappear into the brush after Isaac. Stealth:[result]20&3:6:5:3,4d6,3,20&4d6+3[/result] Now we play the most dangerous game. You and the hunter each make a free perception check at the start of your tur to find the opponent. Once discovered, you can attack. It's a standard to try and hide again , or try to hide better. Hunter 2 will close in on Shane and use Grass Whistle before fleeing the growling hound. AC:6 Roll:[result]7&6,1d20,1,7&1d20+1[/result] On hit, take a nap. |
