Unique Pokemon Personalities

For a game I might be starting soon, I have a Skiddo named Faunaral (named for a combination of the greek god Faunus and the bharal goat that Skiddo is based on) that is the only reliable way my character can get around. I had to ask about some revisions to the ride rules to make it work, though.
My character is paraplegic due to an accident with a Tauros on his parent's ranch when he was younger. Faunaral is less of a family guard-dog/pet now and more of a permanent caretaker for his own trainer. The two are necessarily pretty close, so they're both built around survivability and support.
I suppose a caretaker pokemon isn't really all that strange, since it's been all over the anime. Usually, though, they don't battle competitively. On the battlefield, it will be Edmund's job to take care of Faunaral and coach him through his challenges, and the roles will be reversed in daily life. So really, Edmund and Faunaral are like son, brother and father to each other despite being totally unrelated by blood and not even of the same species.
Or maybe I'm overthinking it. I doubt I'll ever even get to play it anyway. I'm the eternal GM of every group I'm in.

All of the pokemon in my games talk, so they all have to have unique personalities.

God help me.

I'll just uhm - go in order. I'll also be ignoring all the things made unique or whatever personality wise as my time as a GM (which is most of the time).

Our campaign hasn't been going on too long, but we've gotten a couple pretty weird pokemon...

Xelor, an abra, is a telekinetic time-samurai. he has a daisho where the katana is shaped like the minute hand of a clock, and the wakizashi the hour hand. He only actually uses the katana, which adds -1 speed cs to the target with an accuracy roll of 18+. He's also apparently ancient, and keeps muttering prophecies and the like with his telepathy. Whenever anyone tries to actually ask him what he's going on about, his abra narcolepsy kicks in and he passes out. He actually has a unique ability that isn't unlike insomnia; instead of being immune to sleep he is simply mechanically uneffected by it. He can fight fine, just using skills and the like get in the way.

We also have a Runemaster in the party, who has a number of unown (logically). They can all make psychic signals that communicate with the runemaster's old radio, but each of the three comunicates differently. U speaks entirely through pop songs from 20 years ago translated into languages from 2000 years ago, G speaks entirely through just random, out of context sentences from other sources (typically acquired from http://josephrocca.com/randomsentence/ but not always) and X speaks entirely through what is known as number stations. (these things. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TgF9ZlI_R-8).
U has been the center of a number of surprisingly effective dance parties, Xelor's owner spends all day trying to interpret the mysterious babblings of G, and X.... noone likes X. X is terrifying. Listen to that. (I love numbers stations though, I dont know why. They fascinate me. I guess that's why I included it in my campaign.)

I've got three to share. This is from a player's perspective.

Well first off, I'd like to share Cadbury. His full name is James Cadbury, but usually the first name is omitted.

Image

He was raised as a young Zigzagoon footservant, and as he showed promise, he was groomed for a higher position. At current, he serves as a butler for the wealthy and famous.

He's been trained to stand upright all the time, and he really enjoys that little outfit of his. Makes him feel dapper. Also, he's had his claws dulled, as it wouldn't do for a butler to accidentally scratch someone or something.

He's got impeccable manners, enjoys serving others, and lets his kind heart show through his prim and proper demeanor.
Cadbury is very refined and genteel, but he's likely to fluster under unprofessional situations.
I also have an interesting story about a strange relationship between human and 'mon.

While grieving for his late wife, an elderly man named Jeremias found himself wandering through a swamp. As he waded through the stages of grief, so too did he wade through the muck.

Image

Just as he was reaching the stage of acceptance, after a long emotional journey, someone found him. A giant, gentle beast - a Tropius. Sensitive to the man's feelings, the Tropius offered him a moon flower. And just when Jeremias thought he was all cried out, tears of joy flowed, and he embraced the beast.

You see, Jeremias is a firm believer of reincarnation. And the moon flower is the very same blossom that he offered his wife, Clemencia, when they were falling in love. Jeremias took this moon flower as a symbol, and he knew without a doubt that his Clemencia had returned to him, in the form of a big beautiful beast.

Of course, the other PCs may prove to be more than a little skeptical about the validity of Jeremias's claim. Or sanity. Is Jeremias's belief correct? Is this sauropod truly the same person as his late beloved? It's hard to say for certain… you'd have to ask her. And she's not much of a talker!
Finally - Woh, the Elgyem.

Image

Woh was given to a young human boy, Liam, having trouble with both his budding psychic powers and his Selective Mutism. It was part of an animal-assisted therapy program.

They bonded, and Liam's anxiety condition improved notably. His companion would calm him when he was having especially anxious moments. He cared for Liam, and Liam cared for him. His Pokémon never found his psychic abilities unusual or alien, either, which made trust and friendship much easier to form. Additionally, the two built off each other, each helping the other practice and hone their psychic craft.

What's more, Liam is perfectly comfortable speaking with Woh, even though he cannot bring himself to talk to humans. Both are talented enough psychics to create a telepathic link, and they talk to each other all the time through this method. Woh now serves as Liam's voice, using telepathy to tell other humans what Liam is thinking - what he might want to say but can't. Liam still has Selective Mutism, but now he has a way to cope.

The Elgyem seems to be roughly the same age and precociousness as his human, though it's difficult to tell for certain. He can see that Liam needs a friend, and has come to deeply care for the boy. In some ways they act like childhood friends.

Woh is a good deal more open than Liam, who tends to be quiet and keep himself detached. Woh doesn't mind saying hi to anyone who lets him speak into their mind, and will do so cheerfully. He's modest, curious, a dreamer. Most of all, he's kind-hearted! Woh encourages Liam to do what he's too shy or anxious to, such as putting a little trust in others.

Do you have any records of the game Jeremias is in?

Not yet. He just started.
1) Since I was invited into the RP after it had begun, I had to wait until there was a scene Jeremias could show up in,
and 2) it's a PbP game that's moving very slowly, so I haven't had the chance to make many posts as Jeremias yet.

But I'll link you the full background I wrote up if you're interested.
(He's fluffed up as an elementalist in that particular campaign, but that isn't necessary for the Poké/human dynamic that I was driving at)

Bumping this, since I can't realize I forgot to add Gerard, from the same game as Mathilde and Afterglow's Woh. He's an Archen who was revived by a company that my character contracted (his family is filthy rich), and thus thinks of his trainer as his father. He's also extremely spoiled, having his own room in the mansion and the finest food money can buy. He's also very timid and loves snuggling up with his trainer, and so far is the only Pokemon of his who gets those affections returned.

Well, in a campaign I run, there was Bill Nyle the Science Dile. A Sandile who had a really high Tech Edu.
There was Eureka, The stab-happy Grass Elementalist with a Budew who would just fire off Energy Balls every other turn, oh and she was mute. There was Maurice, the aging sailor who would hit on anything that moved.
