I'm curious what sort of interesting pokemon you've seen in your campaigns, either GM or Player designed! Have you had anything that you think were really interesting?

In my Geode campaign, I have a player who has turned his solosis into a greedy glutton ball who makes a habit of stealing any food it can get its hands on, to the point that it once sold an egg the party was refusing to take from its parents to a guy nearby for candy. o3o

Another player has a sewaddle that absolutely refuses to stay in a ball, travels in her pack, and spends its free time turning her spare clothes in her bag into massive sidekick costumes, because it considers itself a superhero.

Have you seen any really interesting pokemon personalities?

Let's see. In the game I've GM'd there's been

Shiny Charmander (Ghostmander) with a lonely nature is obsessively clingy (there may or may not be a backstory I'll work in later)

Pikachu that was afraid of ghosts (got boxed early on, so it didn't get to develop much)

Shiny (Aura Capable) baby Heracross was generally quirky, doing baby/toddler stuff (allbeit a nice, perceptive baby/toddler)

Rotom that is sort of an internet troll (can access the pokedex's word to voice app, and usually uses it to shout "DICKS DICKS DICKS DICKS DICKS"

Absol that was just introduced that has a grudge against the legendary pokemon (may or may not want to become a god)

I might come back if I remember more of these

An albino buneary previously owned by a magician/con man that picked up the trade and was better than her previous owner. Escaped her pokeball and ran off with the magician's hat which she wears everywhere she goes. Is the basis of my homebrew bunel line of Fakemon.

Well, once I had a player's team that consisted of...

George, the murder-happy Honedge who abused the crud out of Shadow Sneak. (And now, you die. No, there is no negotiating.)
Orville, the apathetic Golett. (Oh, that man just lost his head. I might want to tell someone about that.)
And Deathkill, the stabby-stabby sneasel assassin who was better with computers than her trainer, so long as the blood on her claws didn't short it out.

He was a former member of Team Rocket...

Then, another player had Pikablu, stoic the blue-cheeked Pikachu who'd received a boat-load of Upgrades, including one that gave him the IRON FIST ability. And he knew Thunderpunch. The game was over when he could start throwing out DB 12 moves At Will. (Trainer: Pikablu! Attack that guy! Pikablu: 'Kay. SUPER PUNCH Done.)

And finally, Abadon, the Darkrai cultist Kadabra that also happened to be the Ace-Trainer's translator. Let's just say it was fun whenever he got to speak...

There was a shiny Arbok who was pretty high up on his horse and made sure that anyone around him KNEW that he was a special boy, more special than the rest. Absolutely egotistical.

Had a Sandshrew that tagged along after bartering with me that she would join my party if she got to keep treasures she found (Pickup Ability). She ended up with a vest and a backpack of her own when we stopped to shop.

My starter Doduo was always arguing with itself. One head thought that they were going to evolve into a water pokemon and kept insisting that's what was going to happen. While the other was trying to explain that they were flying pokemon so they'd evolve into something that would fly. It was always pretty funny.

If any other's pop into my head I will come on back.

Right now, I have a Murkrow that is extremely angry all the time, and will attack anything that it deems annoying/stupid/etc

There's also a Shuppet that's a bit of a kleptomaniac. The fact that it has Frisk does not make things any better for it.

That's all for now, but there will be more as my tabletop goes on

In my one game we have a riolu that thinks it's human and gets upset whenever you call her a pokemon. She also has a penitent for stealing pizza rolls.

In one game I'm in I've got a shiny Bibarel who decided he was an Ork. As in WH40K-style WAAAAUGH. Considering he evolved during a fight and was even rather aggressive as a Bidoof, it's not too much of a stretch. But you haven't seen weird until you've seen a Bidoof bouncing up and down on all fours chanting "Ere-we-go!" in poke'speak.

Then there's Roller, my Russian-accented spheal who is more than happy to call people out when he thinks they're being stupid, going so far as to congratulate one of the other players on
foul language

There is Lucky the Aipom who is a pickpocket, not much of a stretch there. The catch is that he gets angry if he does not find anything on his daily pick-up run and takes out his frustrations on the nearest pokemon. Player was a little shocked by this.

Starleaf the Chikorita who has a preform rank and uses her leaf like a whistle to mesmerize low level wild pokemon. (really this has only happened once so far but the campaign is young) It is also rather take charge for a Chikorita

Excalibur the Honedge who has a huge sense of honor and is paired with the laziest trainer. It is pretty much dragging him on the adventure

Hitmontop, given to one of my players as a tyrogue. Is not owned, is an NPC in his own right, has full length conversations with that player despite only knowing Pokespeak, ended up saving the day multiple times. It decided to evolve into hitmontop because the player said it needed balance in its life. I was really iffy about letting my player just have an unowned pokemon following him, but I am glad I let it happen. Oh yeah, and he was caught once which hit the berserker button on that player.

King, the slowking, owned by a player, speaks English, served as adviser to a character who had a dream parasite (long arc) Spent two full years outside of its pokeball acting as companion, researcher, experimenter and speaker for the sleep deprived grumpy character. It has come face to face with multiple legendaries, fought against the strongest NPC I have ever put in a game, rescued an outer god while the rest of the group fought off the evil team that had trapped it.

Haven't played 'em yet, but designed two Pokemon meant to have been modified by the "This One's Special, I Know It!" Feature for the upcoming Horizons Academy game (assuming I get in).

The character focuses on Pokemon evolution in the correct sense of the word, and he has two that are good examples of when Pokemon adapt to their environment.

The first is what I'm calling an "Arctic Summer Vivillon", which while not Type-Shifted, is themed around surviving on the frozen tundra.

The second is a "Shallow Seas Anorith", and is based off of the real-life mantis shrimp, which has 4x the number of photoreceptors in its eyes compared to humans, and can see ultraviolet and polarized light. It gains some perception-themed abilities and moves at the expense of its defensive capabilities.

Edit: I guess these aren't personalities per se, whoops!
