"Yeah," Travis answers quickly, emphatically nodding his head in agreement, "we sure will." He backs away a little to emphasize his point. |

Alex comes out of the bushes frustrated at the situation pushing the nice bike along side him,"Sorry y'all, but something funny is going on here. I don't know what, but something is. Those bikes were intentionally hidden from view. She's been nothing but a pain and actively trying to prevent us going inside to look around." He turns and faces Raven directly, "Normally I'm with Travis and taking the kinder, more agreeable road, but Walter makes a good point. You are the one who has threatened us! You are the one who called your stunky out as a threat! But you are outnumbered right now. So call back you stunky, take you bike, and leave right now! Wouldn't want it to get caught in the crossfire if you decide to attack this way." |

"Couldn't, we, you know, go around to the side of this place!" Amber motions to the fence surrounding the place as she walks forward. "It wouldn't be hard to make a hole in the fence, or maybe find one." Edited by Web_Metz, Mar 31 2015, 01:04 PM.

"You'd better..." the goth girl seethes to Stacy and Travis. For a moment she looks as if she's about to lunge at Walter and wrap her hands around his neck, but she apparently stops herself. She's visibly trembling in rage at this point and has a clenched fist held toward her face. The group's calls for a peaceful solution are drowned out by provocative actions and words. Raven looks like she'll pop a blood vessel as she takes one more drag off of her cigarette... but then something odd happens. As she puffs out the smoke, it isn't normal smoke. It's blue. Her eyes open to reveal that her irises have all but disappeared, and that clenched fist is now manifesting a blue flame. ////////WARNING//////// COMBAT INITIATED!!! ////////WARNING//////// While everyone is still busing talking, Raven springs forward, stopping between the two boys attempting to get her to back down. "Shut your mouth! You're dead, kid!" she screeches. Acting incredibly swiftly as she does so, Raven recalls her Stunky and throws out another Pokemon by flicking Pokeballs from her belt with her thumb and forefinger. Stacy would recognize the concept as one he knows, but her technique is much different than his own. This new Pokemon has leathery wings which it flaps to keep itself afloat and a high-pitched cry. Alex is interrupted when flames fly from the darkly-dressed girl's fingertips and pass straight through him. It isn't burning he feels, but an intense spear of pain within his brain, as if someone is driving nails into his skull. Battle Actions & OOC

Walter reacts quickly. "Steve, get in her face and use Cotton Spore!" Action: Steve the Sandile moves two squares west and uses Cotton Spore through the Natural Fighter feature. AC 2, 19 hits. Walter's and presumably Raven's speed is lowered by 2 combat stages. |

"The f--" just momentarily, Stacy's eyes go wide and his jaw drops at the sight of... magic? "Oh no of course that's a thing. Magic tricks, sure. Know what, I'm done with you, Raven. Aglais, let's take her down!" as he yells his command, he moves a few steps back and in one swoop flings his Wurmple's Poke Ball from his pocket. <Actions> |

Travis puts both hands on his helmet, spins around, and runs away to the south. "I'm sorry, guys, I'm sorry!" he yells as he runs. "I can't hurt her, I can't!" When he's moved far enough away, he turns back around again and hurls Charmander's Poké Ball over toward Alex, releasing the Pokémon near him, Snivy, and the bat-like Pokémon. "Help Alex and Ivy, Charmander, but don't hurt anybody!" Charmander knows that this only leaves its Growl attack, so that's what he uses. Crunch

Amber screams. "Stop the fighting!" Clover jolts awake and looks at the stranger pokemon. Taking Amber's plea as a command, she spins and sparkles and a pink wind flows towards the pokemon attacking her friends. Spoiler: click to toggle

"Oww, Oww, Oww. What was that?! And a flying type too! She just has all sorts of bad news for us. Well, jump up and tackle that thing out of the sky. I've got a plan to take care of the rest of this." Ivy winds up the high jump and leaps into the sky to tackle the bat that is threatening them. As Ivy is attempting her acrobatic attack, Alex dives into the bushes behind him for some much needed cover. What ever that blue flame was, he didn't want anymore of it. Just after Ivy makes her attack, Alex recalls her into the pokeball. Two can play at this switching game. Battle Actions

With a determined hiss, Steve the Sandile hustles immediately forward and slaps the loose dirt with his tail. The clumps of airborne soil mixed with powdery ragweed cloud the air, causing all within the immediate area around the Desert Croc Pokémon to cough and sneeze with allergies. "You're paying for those scratches in teeth you stupi-hi-hi-*hack*!" Raven coughs, interrupted by clumps of dirt and pollen filling her mouth and prompting more puffs of blue smoke. Unfortunately for Walter, he was a little too close to his own Sandile when he decided it was a good time to kick up dust and weeds. Result The gothic girl's coughing fit wasn't enough to distract her from Stacy's Pokeball throw, however. In fact, she had been glancing in his direction as before Steve even took a step. She lurches backward and the Pokeball sails past her collarbone, where it would've struck, as if she had expected him to throw it there when he did. As she does so, she coughs up more blue smoke, filling the air with a subtle smell not unlike singed plastic. Interrupt The Wurmple pops out of her ball, anticipating play time or Honey or some kind of reward for the good job she'd done in the previous battle, but finds herself woefully confused. "Whu- *cough cough* What the hell, Suzy...!?" Raven croaks. Her irises return to her blank eyes as she speaks up, and the flames in her hands fizzle out as the smoke she'd been breathing filters down to a trickle coming from the corners of her mouth. "You were gonna hit me with that!" Aglais, unappreciative of someone hassling her Trainer, skitters her tiny little feet into action. Leaping into the air and curling into a wheel like a spiky-looking donut, she begins to spurt silvery threads in self-defense. Forming into a streaming, webby ball, she slams powerfully into Raven's back as soon as she finishes her sentence causing her to nearly lose her balance. As she finishes the slam, Aglais continues to spurt web in all directions, coating herself in an ever-thickening layer of stringiness. Results Travis's Charmander explodes out in a flash of light, sporting a neckerchief and horns matching his Trainer. With his Trainer far behind him, he has to turn his head to hear the command, but receives it with determination. Following orders, the Charmander crawls forward through the grass and issues a low growl to the winged Pokémon, pawing at the grass and baring his horns. The opposing Pokémon squeals quietly, obviously dismayed at least a little. Results Ivy scoffs at her Trainer's commands, apparently showing disdain for being told what to do so flippantly. Regardless, she does as she's told and spirals into the air. The tall grass is like home to her, and she doesn't find herself hindered in any way as she twists her body like a flail and smacks the flat of her tail across the opposing Pokémon's snout. It shrieks in dismay, teeth showing blood a little as it's pushed back. It looks as if it bit its tongue, and its snout looks rather bruised. Ivy raises an disapproving eyebrow at her Trainer, as if to ask if he's happy with that. But before she gets any sort of answer, it's back in the ball for Ivy. Results Clover winces at Amber's screaming, whistling her protest at waking her up. She gives her green flower a singular twirl on Amber's ribbon, which causes a few twinkles to drift lazily to the ground. Convinced that what she's is done good enough to be left alone, Clover begins to nod off again, pulling a leaf over her head to block out the ruckus. Results Having moved to safety and given an opportunity to observe the Pokémon his Snivy had just brutalized, Alex recognizes it. He knows that it's a Woobat, a Flying and Psychic type Pokémon. They're nocturnal creatures, highly affectionate with a love of fruit and nectar and a powerful snout capable of sniffing them out... among other things if they're trained to do so. They're normally non-violent, peaceful creatures that focus more on making friends with other Pokémon rather than fighting them, and even learn a number of moves to help them do that. ...but this one is in the hands of a Trainer, and shouldn't be taken lightly. The Woobat is clearly distraught, and doesn't seem keen on doing harm to any person or Pokémon, and looks hesitant right up until Ivy smacks it in the face with her tail. Reeling back, it becomes inconsolable and lets out an ear-shattering shriek in its pain and confusion. There's a shimmer in the air, and in a split-second all the hurt and distress is relayed to the closest thing to it... which just so happens to be Travis's Charmander. The horned Charmander's senses are overwhelmed with the feeling of facial pain and mental anguish on top of the sensation that his brain is turning into soup inside his skull. The Charmander squeals in surprise and agony as it holds its head with its clawed digits, squinting its eyes. Results New Round! OOC
