Horrifying Move+Pokemon Concepts?

I just had a thought.
If certain Pokemon got certain moves, they could be a lot more dangerous than they are right now. For example...
If Pikachu were to get Dragon Dance and Hi Jump Kick somehow, it would be a VERY DANGEROUS setup sweeper. Golurk would probably see a lot more use to get rid of Pikachu. (not that it'd work, Since Pikachu has Grass Knot.)
Do you have any concepts of Pokemon that could be absolutely horrifying given merely a few new moves, without resorting to cheap-outs like Legendary Signature Moves?

Cacturne with any Priority Move outside of Sucker Punch is one I can think of right off the top of my head as being significantly scarier (thanks to his ridiculous mixed attacking stats).

There's also Ferrothorn, who'd be even scarier with Amnesia access, and Gengar with Acid Spray (guaranteed -2 SpD drop on the opponent) would cause nightmares. On the ability side of things, Delcatty would be scary if Normalize also gave the moves it converted a 30% boost in power, (and Inverse Battles are a thing now).

The last ones I have off the top of my head are Bronzong accessing Recover, Nasty Plot, and Swords Dance, given that it is already a very strong wall with great typing and a solid offensive movepool, and Lilligant receiving non-Grass coverage moves of any type (Earth Power would be hilarious as an example), since it already has Quiver Dance.

Garchomp getting Dragon Dance is always the first one that comes to mind, because every time I try to build a Garchomp I forget it can't get that, and quit because of how bad the thing is because of it.

Some others? Hmm...
I'd say Cherrim or Bellossom, but I don't think moves are the problem with either one of them.
Ask me again later. A lot of problems I just fix by type-shifting them, because this is PTU, after all =D

...all of these except Recover and the damaging part of Acid Spray are possible with Dancer.

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

TBH, it's only less scary in PTU and we're talking about the vidya.

...And then I remembered about all the Pokemon I wanted to learn Cosmic Power. Like Blissey. Or even Hydreigon. The list goes on for a while.

Cosmic Power is my favorite move.

...as someone who likes defensive strategies, I'd have to agree with that one. More pokémon need to get Cosmic Power or a functional equivalent.

If Malamar could get shell smash and stored power.
Malamar with Sucker Punch and Elemental Punches alone is enough for me. As of now it's just Spinda with a slightly higher BST and a worse movepool with the Contrary Superpower set.

To address the topic of the thread itself, Flygon getting Dragon Dance naturally would also work wonders. Charizard with Tail Glow or Quiver Dance would turn the Y sets into Wallbreakers that make Chansey shake in their boots. (I'm going to more be talking main game, as even without Origin Tutor, PTU Pokemon can get a far wider variety of moves already and it'd take too long to figure all that out).

+3 252 SpA Charizard Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey in Sun: 399-469 (56.6 - 66.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO. Again, this is Eviolite Chansey we're talking about, and one that someone thought was a good idea to put nearly full Special Defense into over the general Bold 252 Defense setup.

Gyarados with something like Drill Peck so that it's Flying STAB isn't stuck with Bounce.
Lucario with Meteor Mash would mean that the Mega Sets wouldn't have to use Bullet Punch or Iron Miss for their Steel STAB physically.
Pidgeot with Focus Blast would turn Mega Pidgeot from a pretty okay Pokemon into something that would be truly terrifying.
Nidoking/Queen with Icicle Crash and some variety of Ground STAB which, after Sheer Force, which would outdamage Earthquake (Bulldoze currently doesn't cut it). Despite their Attack stats being higher, they still prefer Special sets due to their Special Attacks all sporting secondary Effects and having higher Base Damage overall.
Kyurem with Icicle Crash (Kyurem-B is so very lackluster without a proper Physical Ice STAB)
Just about everything with Cosmic Power, no arguments there. Black Sludge Aqua Ring Cosmic Power Defensive Tentacruel GO! (I'm the worst person)
Ampharos with Tail Glow. I feel this is self-explanatory.
More Pokemon with Freeze Dry, plain and simple. The current list is highly lackluster.
Heracross with Icicle Spear and Bullet Seed (only two multihits it's missing I think)

...

Scizor, Ferrothorn, Excavalier, or Forretress with Powder Posted Image

I'm sure I've got more here somewhere, but that's what I've got for now.
