Stacy was paying more attention to the device he grabbed when he got the chance than to the explanation by Professor Willow. Most of the lecture was about things he already learned (or interrogated) from other trainers, anyway. No big deal. When all's good and done, and Amber's hug finally ends, Stacy speaks up. "Hey, Professor Willow? I'd like to, eh, you know, thank you for this chance. I know it's probably a lot of work to get all this stuff prepared for us, and I won't disappoint you. I'll promise you that!" It's a bit of a cheesy line, but hey, what's there to say? "Anyway, time to head out! I'll make sure not to walk into any scary night Pokemon, okay? I'll meet you all outside, guys!" While he walks towards the exit, the prickly feeling in his neck momentarily distracts him, but it's nothing he isn't used to. "You holding on tight back there? You know, you can stay out of your ball if you like. Not a big deal, er..." Stacy says, realizing he hasn't given his new friend a name yet. "...Aglais? You know, my mother won't be happy I named a silkworm after her, but I think it fits you. You fine with that?" He keeps on talking, not even expecting an answer out of the Wurmple. Chatting with your Pokemon simply is that fun to him. Edited by Sergeant Spaceless, Feb 18 2015, 08:08 AM.

As Amber finishes hugging the professor and the Weaville, Amber quickly takes her dex out and scans the weaville and the ball containing the Chatot (not noticing that they were already scanned) before turning towards Stacey. "Lets go... Clover? Does that work for you?" Amber pets the Flababe as she heads towards the door.

Nina had absent-mindedly scratched her Spheal's soft furry head while she listened to the Professor. Gym-Badges and an abandoned Medical Foundry. Licenses and mysterious lights. It was quite a bit. When the Professor ended she silently stood up, rubbing the spot on her hand where Spheal's rough tongue had licked her quite sore. She watched Amber excitedly hugging the professor and promising to call him. "Well, I hope we don't need to call in the first place", she murmured to herself, as she took the Pokédex from the Case and started it up. She conducted a quick scan of her Spheal and then did as Amber and scanned the other Pokémon in the room as well. A light smile laid upon her lips, as she realized that the information about all the Pokémon present was already stored on the device. Apparently the Professor had some some gathering beforehand. "Yeah, thanks for everything, Professor", she said, after Stacy had expressed his gratitude, her gaze still fixed on the screen of her Pokédex. Finally she put the device away and looked to her Spheal again. "Now, what about you? I think I'll name you Glacier. Would you like that, hmm?" She smiled and attached the white Pokéball with her name on it on her backpack's shoulderstrap. "Now, you can stay out of your ball, Glacier. But if you start going offroad or can't keep up with us, I'll take you in again, you understand?" With this she heads towards the door, following the others. "Are you coming, Glacier?" Surprisingly, instead of resisting the embrace by separating her arms from her torso, the Weavile endured Amber's hug with a little grumbling. Although it obviously did not wish to be hugged, it could be seen somewhat enjoying the embrace and left it in a better mood. It kept shooting Serenity warning glances, however. Professor Willow, almost as shockingly, was interrupted by the embrace and gave her a tender pat on the back while they shared a moment. Clover, as the Flabebe was to be called, pulled her flower along with her and the vine intertwined into the loop on Amber's ribbon for stability. It too was enjoying Amber's upbeat and caring demeanor, but was still only the most basically aware of what was going on around it. "Have fun, children!" the Professor calls out as the group moves to leave, Serenity having pulled the short straw and sticking around to listen to Prof. Willow's lesson plan about all the stuff she couldn't care about Weaviles. Aglais the Wurmple had relaxed some and was excitedly listening to Stacy even though it barely recognized what he said as a form of communication. Frankly, she was just kind of happy to be there. Nina's Spheal hobbled after her as she left as well, barking and clapping when Glacier's flippers weren't occupied trying to move his fat little body. Like Stacy's Wurmple, it enjoyed being spoken too, although it was unclear if it understood exactly what words were spoken. The Hippopotas in the yard groaned under the soft sunlight warming the breaking day. It wasn't early morning nor was it late morning, but the sun shined down comfortably on empty streets. Kids about the group's age should already be at school, and the shops that weren't open before should just about be turning their OPEN signs over and welcoming business. To the South, Chemical Road, a short jaunt that led to an abandoned medical supplies facility said to host interesting Pokemon. To the East, Splash Road, winding its way to Hydrus City and the home of the closest Pokemon Gym. |

Nina looked to the others. "Any Plans?" She had not really thought about where to go next. Of course it was her goal to win a badge at the next gym, but first catching more Pokémon seemed like a really useful thing. And training their Pokémon before getting into a real battle with a gym leader. She also had no real idea about how a Pokémon battle went. She knew the basics, as did anyone with any interest in the Pokémon-League, but she had never participated in one. |

"Medical Facility! For supplies and pokemon!" Says Amber matter of factly with more enthusiasm than needed. She points the gear at the Hippopotas, excited with her new toy. Edited by Web_Metz, Mar 24 2015, 04:08 PM.

After being momentarily distracted by the Hippopotas in the yard, Stacy responds. "Well, I'm not arguing with that. Miss Nightingale can wait, to the Medical Facility we go... if that's alright with you two, of course." |

"Shouldn't we...", Nina began slowly and quiet, "Shouldn't we first visit Miss Nightingale? I mean, do you know how long she will be in today? And she is expecting us and it's 45 minutes to the Medial Facility..." Her voice getting more and more quiet the longer she spoke. |

"Yeah, we could, but the Facility, and rare Pokemon, and..." Stacy starts, realizing he may be wrong. "...Okay, maybe you're right. She expects us, doesn't she?" |

Nina nodded. "And we don't have to think about time afterwards, when we are hunting rare pokémons...", she added. |
