So, I am thinking of making an Athlete Dancer, and was wondering if making Body 3, Mind 0, Spirit 2 would be good I also was wondering if reducing mind by 1, to increase another stat (sitting mind at a -1) to make body 4 would be a good idea? At the moment, I am unsure what other class I would want to go into, to compliment Athlete and Dancer. Edited by Shirokiba, Dec 18 2014, 12:21 AM.

Body 3, Mind 0, Spirit 2 is fine. There's no real need to optimize your Body/Mind/Spirit unless you're really crazy about getting every last possible point of jump distance. As for other classes, Enduring Soul complements Athlete in a thematic sense, while Ace Trainer works with the Agility Training you'll already have to take in order to enter Athlete in the first place. Musician also has some compatibility with Dancer in terms of prerequisites and theme, but beware that both classes will be competing for your Standard Actions and AP. |

You could also just tank your Mind to -2 to get 5 Body. It's almost encouraged PC's have those sorta quirks and things they are bad at vs good at (Pokemon Trainers tend to be quirky individuals, after all), but we didn't want to make a complete sub system for it. |

So, tank mind down for body 5? Sounds like a plan. Also, yeah, I was looking at enduring soul, to get around the base relations for HP, always a good thing. |

I'm kind of curious what -1 and -2 in mind would mean for a character. Like...is that a developmental disability? Illiteracy? How does that low score reflect the roleplay potential? o-o |

Run Forest Run? I kid. If you want even better rolls and to not be hindered by rough terrian as much you could take Survivalist. |

Pokemon characters are typically more light-hearted and quirky than that. Maybe they are a bit air headed, or dense, or are a slow learner, but there's nothing stopping someone with -2 Mind from having a Master Knowledge skill. |
