Note: I feel like I posted this before, but I can't find it and I'm pretty forgetful so sorry if I'm doing it again. In some games you might want to allow Pokémon to take Features and Edges. Maybe the PCs are Pokémon. Maybe technology or magic bridges some gaps between both species. My solution: Edges: Pay 1 Tutor Point. Then as long as you meet the prerequisites for the edge, you may take it. Features: Pay 2 Tutor Points. Then as long as you meet the prerequisites for the feature, you may take it. I don't know if features and edges that grant moves break this idea, but I don't think it's a huge deal. Does this feel fair and balanced? |
