While Curled Up, the user becomes immune to Critical Hits and gains 10 Damage Reduction. However, while Curled Up, the user is Slowed and their Accuracy is lowered by -4. The user may stop being Curled Up as a Swift Action. If the user has Rollout or Ice Ball in their Move List, they do not become Slowed while Curled Up. Furthermore, when using the Moves Rollout or Ice Ball while Curled Up, the user gains a +10 bonus to the damage rolls of those Moves and does not suffer Accuracy Penalties from being Curled Up. Buttercup spins in place, revving up, and then leaps across the water and slams into Octavia, as Vespiqueen continues to nibble away. The Octillery definitely looks weakened, but like it still has fight left in it. "Finish off that Vespiqueen, I know you can do it!" River ran to her side. "Good job, girl! Hang in there - I know you can do it on your own." River uses Hyper Potion on Octavia. |

Buttercup flounders around in the water looking for the Octillery. She is unable to find her target in the water and so just rolls around ineffectively towards Octavia. (Moves to C4 from B2) Jonathan's lip curls mischievously as he uncouples another pokeball from his belt. "I made sure to save the best for last!" He presses the button, the pokeball triples in size, and he hurls it across the field. (J6) "Cha-Cha! Take that octopus to the cleaners!" The little squirrel materializes, wiggles its nose adorably, and then narrows its eyes as they lock with Octavia's. He runs forward, dips into the water (F7), and then lets loose a torrent of electricity. AP+1 Charge Beam AC(4): [result]3&2,1d20,1,3&1d20+1[/result] Damage: [result]29&4:2,2d6,23,29&2d6+23[/result] If Charge Beam successfully hits a target, roll 1d20. On a roll of 7+, the user’s Special Attack is raised by +1 Combat Stage. [result]5&5,1d20,0,5&1d20[/result] |

Jonathan's face freezes in its smirk and then falls as he watches Cha-Cha take a face full of the octazooka and go flying back into the wall behind him. Buttercup rolls her way over to Octavia (B7). (spd 3 if applicable) Mortimer scuttles his way over to Octavia and pops a mushroom off his back, throwing it at the octillery, showering her in a blast of powder.
