Ziggy: Metalhead's thunder shock bounces off the Klang's steel ineffectually, but the bubblebeam connects. Klang is starting to slow down, and jerkily moves in seemingly random directions. Ziggy: The Klang snaps out of confusion, and sends another shimmering burst of light at the Pokemon. Mirror Shot AC(5, -2 to Accuracy on +16): [result]17&17,1d20,0,17&1d20[/result] Steel Special: [result]37&1:4,2d10,32,37&2d10+32[/result] Kylar: The man's good eye goes wide. "A possibility? Of course it is, though it's not as common here in Rainshadow. Wild ghost Pokemon don't live here." The man looked both intrigued and concerned, and Kylar's Ranger uniform made him take this very seriously. "Ghosts aren't my specialty, but I know an expert I could call in if you're willing to wait. Maybe some merchandise will catch your eye," he says with a wink-...blink? "Shall I give her a buzz?" |

Kylar's eye did keep catching the cloaks hanging off to the side. He secretly liked to LARP, and he loved the rogue class. "That would be great. I can wait, I'm actually interested in those cloaks. I am looking for something that is durable and maybe a little mystical feeling?" Kylar cringed at the thought of Ziggy finding out his secret, but those cloaks." The Mirror shot connects solidly, stunning both pokemon but not doing serious damage to either. Even though the blow was not serious it looked like Metahead was begining to get a little worn out, and can't take much more. Ziggy can tell that this is his chance, he throws a basic ball at the Klang Capture roll: [result]18&18,1d100,0,18&1d100[/result] #no point in doing pokemon moves so I won't unless the capture fails |

Kylar "Sure, I'll send her a quick message. I promised her I'd update her about any ghost news." The man typed away at a small phone, and sent off the message. When he turned back to see Kylar looking at the cloaks, he gave a little laugh. "Oh, those are probably the least magical thing in here. Just some cloaks, but they'll keep you warm and hidden." Midnight Cloak Jet black and completely unmagical, but still good if all you want to do is hide in the dark +3 to Stealth in areas of reduced light Look very durable "Now, if what you're looking for is something with a little more pizzazz..." The man's one purple eye twinkled, and he reached into a locked case behind him. As he turn, in his hands he held...absolutely nothing. Kylar was perplexed until the man motioned like he was handing something over, and Kylar could feel the silky fabric in his hands. After a couple of seconds, it started to shimmer, and reappeared as a shiny black surface, almost like a dark puddle with oil shimmering rainbow colors on top. "The trick only lasts so long, but it's pretty impressive, no?" Invisibility Cloak Trainer Body Slot or Accessory Item Daily You may use the capability Invisibility for one minute with an accompanied Stealth check. Some stronger supernatural Trainers and Pokemon may be able to see through the illusion Edited by Jennifurret, Nov 14 2014, 07:24 PM.

Ziggy The ball connects with the Klang. One shake, two...the Pokemon is caught! 70 EXP to share between Metalhead and DJ Rain. |

Kylar is surprised to see too amazing cloaks. He wants them both, but can he afford them. "Wow, those are awesome!" Kylar couldn't contain himself at the sight, er lack thereof sight. "I am curious, what are the costs of those. I hope not too expensive." #here goes nothing Charm [result]6&6,1d6,0,6&1d6[/result] |

Kylar Kylar was no Ziggy, but he mustered up all the charm in his voice that he could, with a somewhat cheesy smile. "Ranger's salaries not what they used to be, huh? Well the Midnight Cloaks are 800 Pokeyen. Like I said, nothing magical, they're not going to hide you in broad daylight - heck, you may stand out more. But the Invisibility Cloak...I really can't sell that for less than 4000. I mean, not many of these around..." |

Semira looked at her phone. One unread message... She quickly reads it over. "GHOSTS?!" She hurriedly grabs her bag and heads to Xatu's immediately. She breaks out at a full run down the sidewalk, all the way trying to come up with a really cool introduction. She gets to the door and stops for a second to catch her breath, letting her Misdreavus out of its Pokeball to help with the intro. She kicks open the door, strikes a pose with her hands on her hips. Misdreavus float above her left shoulder, and Semira says, "Somebody call for an exterminator?" She holds for a second, but her excitement gets the best of her. "Sorry, I'm just really excited. I'm Semira. You can call me Sam. Or Sami. Or Mira. Or whatever, just as long as you point me at the ghosts." EDIT: First post and I already misspelled Misdreavus. This is going well... Yea. Done deal. Kylar got what he wanted and now he had something that could be very useful in NanoKlink and a fun LARPing cloak. "I'll take both!" Kylar couldn't help it. He was a big nerd at heart, and that was ok. "And i think you were going to call someone for me?" |
