I added a couple more features for Inspiration Colour Pokemon.

I was hoping to get some more opinions, especially on the last one.

Not so sure about teaching Sketch to a Pokemon - if nothing else, you should only be able to target a particular mon with it once, lest you allow any one Pokemon to have any three moves in the game it wants.

But they need to see the move in action first! But that is still a good point. Limiting to once per pokemon
