Zana might look and sound like a punk, but once Dr. Moon started talking about the mission, she snapped into focus. When it came to a fight, what she lacked in brute strength she made up in strategy. Retaining every detail equaled more Pokemon stolen, and more Pokemon stolen equaled cash. Maybe I'll get a Charmander after all, she dryly thought, her childhood wish a distant memory. "Sounds easy enough to me. We should strike first, before the snot nosed kids even get their Pokemon. Then we can focus all our combat strength on the bonus Pokemon any heroes sends out." Zana pointedly ignored the part about standard dress code. Someone would have to pry it off of her. She turned to Dr. Moon. "How many trainers should we expect? And where's this Armory I'm apparently supposed to have found?" |

At least Liz's modifications had made the least impact; a simple snip to the top to make it a belly shirt with a crimson red tank top underneath. She didn't really FEEL like changing to a whole top, but oh well. "Armory's in the basement, right near the south elevator; can't miss it. Weapons and armor on the right, pokemon on the left, tech and uniforms in the center." 'Echo' frowned. "Tried to go ahead and get my snagger gear while I was down there, but they wouldn't let me take it without executive permission. Stingy [apples!]." She grumbled, clearly not too fond of that (reasonable) rule. "For the pokemon and uniforms, all you need to do is show your badge." The girl dug into a semi-hidden pocket on her skirt and pulled out a laminated ID card, bearing her name, image, rank, and the Rocket logo. Simple, but it got the job done; besides, the standard tech inside the badge was the real ticket, giving more of her information with a swipe of the card. "So, get in, get Pokemon, make a scene, get out. Without killing anyone. Got it." |

Upon being asked the details of the trainers, Doctor Moon responded by retrieving a cellphane from his backpack; a pink mobile phone with a Clefairy-print case. He pressed a couple of buttons keying out the message to chase, "...question... Diana... information... trainers....... send." He waited a few moments while Echo described vital base information for a response, which sounded itself with a *Clefaaaaable* sound. A quick look at the message made the doctor frown. Spoiler: click to toggle "OK! Plan is changed." The Clefable tossed his phone Diana-bound while he adjusted the chair back to the ground, getting off and kicking it to the side of the room. "Questions will be asked to Spiky Spark Hair directly with grunt's own devices at own leisure. We move to uniform check and vehicle dock now. One and two, one and two! All grunts move it! Time is of wasting! Down hall we go." |

Liz nodded, pulling out a compact phone from her pocket. An older model touchscreen phone, but still serviceable. "I'll need his number later, then." She paused, thinking out loud as she prepared to follow Moon to wherever. "...I wonder if his pubes spark?" ...Why she was thinking that is ANYONE'S guess. |

Zana snorted at Echo's comment, then followed Doc Moon out the door. Screw texting questions - she was sure they could take whatever twerps were at the ceremony. Remembering Echo's instructions, she needs lined it to the place that had her Pokemon. "These 'custom bred' Pokemon better be as awesome as that recruiter claimed. I left steady money in the fighting ring for this." Zana looked around for the Armory. Perception:[result]17&2:4:4:5,4d6,2,17&4d6+2[/result] |

She finds the armory with little troubl, especially considering Echo's instructions. A guard standing in front who looks like the love child of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jean Claude van Damme stops Zana, and anyone accompanying her, and requests ID. Upon retrieval and summoning of their pokemon, their high quality of breeding is apparent. |

Zana suppresses an eye roll as she hands over ID. She was eager to see what Pokemon she had been assigned - the recruit said it would be tailored toward her battling style. When she received her Pokeball, she immediately released it, and a jet black crow popped out. "Krrroooowwww!" "A Murkrow," she said with a smile. She knew instantly he'd be the perfect Pokemon for her. "I'll make you a force to be reckoned with. Let's see if you can earn a nickname on this first mission." The bird nodded seriously. |

While the other girls were FINALLY getting their pokemon, Liz was more focused on getting going. He said that they were headed to the vehicle dock next, so that's where she was headed...Once she could. The other two seemed to REALLY need her and Moon to show them around, else they'd end up lost and alone somewhere they shouldn't be, then Liz would probably get in trouble for it. Fantastic. She hoped they were more capable on the battlefield and COULD keep everyone busy while she and Kat got to work. |

Now that Zana had her Pokemon, she strode off to the vehicle dock. She didn't care about keeping Doc Moon for a minute - she wasn't going to let some fluffy pink Pokemon push her around. She crossed her arms and smirked. "Ready whenever." |

Diana wasn't sure why he gave her the phone; she hadn't been asking questions. But she wasn't one to look a gift-horse in the mouth, and got the number for her own phone. She also poked around the contents, looking for anything of interest. Contemplating the idea of the exec in bed, "That sounds painful." She shuddered, and followed the group to the armory and showed the brand new ID. Given her choices, Diana went with the snake. Purple scales are so lovely. But....she eyed the standard issue Rocket shirt with distaste..it left much to be desired. Perhaps a slight adjustment could be made on the way. She stretched, arms up in the air. "I'm ready, but a smash 'n' grab isn't my style. Covert operations are better." Edited by JustAnotherRocketGrunt, Sep 6 2014, 08:47 PM.
