Weight Classes and Heavy Metal

Just got a question about Weight Classes and Heavy Metal. Heavy Metal raises a pokemon's weight class by +2, just curious what happens to a weight Class 5 pokemon, since weight class 7 is specifically mentioned for a weight class 6 pokemon with Heavy Metal, so does it become weight 6 or 7 in this case.

Curious to know so I can workout if its worth an Ability investment when I could only gain half the benefit of Heavy Metal when using Heavy Slam

They'd be WC5 with Heavy Metal would count as WC7.

This is basically why Heavy Metal Aggron is the most amazing thing known to man. It's essentially guaranteed a DB8 EOT STAB, which gets even bigger against punier targets.

Don't underestimate it.

And equally makes it very susceptible to a well placed Low-Kick
