All [Orders] features have a frequency of "At-Will - Standard Action". So, with this in mind, could a trainer use both Multi-Tasking and Commander's Voice to give 4 Orders in 1 turn? and if so, could some of the orders be duplicates, or would all 4 have to be different? My understanding is the former, but I would like an official nod. (As a note: based on wording alone, I know it is not allowed to give 3 or 4 of the same order with this method regardless, since C.Voice specifies the 2 must be different. However, since you are taking 2 separate Standard Actions, I'd think you could have up to 2 instances of 2 different Orders for that turn.) EDIT: As per talking with cast over the IRC, I found my original assumption is correct - by RAW, you can use 4 orders in 1 turn this way, though no more than 2 of the same name. (The ones used as Training obviously don't count towards this at all.) Edited by DNA, Jun 11 2014, 09:19 AM.
