Mega Capabilities; Do they change from base?

Looking at the Mega pokemon listings, I noticed that there isn't a second set of Capabilities for when a pokemon Mega Evolves. Is this intended? I would assume not because in some cases it just doesn't make sense.

Mega Pinsir, for example, becomes a Flying type with wings that he can fly around with, yet he doesn't have a Sky speed. But the thing is if you give Mega Pinsir a Sky speed, then it would only make sense to alter/improve all the other Megas Capabilities as well, in my opinion at least.

I could see us adjusting instances like Mega Pinsir or Mega Alakazam (Levitate speed), but I personally don't think most of the other Megas need their capabilities changed. In Mega Pinsir's case, it's gaining an entirely new form of movement, and I wouldn't change its other movement capabilities.

I imagine a lot of cases things like Power and the random other capabilities changing (suddenly alakazam becomes more intelligent when he goes Mega etc), but more often than not I bet it'd just be a hassle to write out everything again with arbitrary bonuses.
