It wouldn't be weird to fluff it as a glimmering aura that appears briefly when it's activated I guess. So if it's used in pitch darkness it might be used to illuminate a few spaces around the user for a second. |

Whether Light Screen or Reflect cause their targets to glow would be more fluff than anything else, and may change game to game. I wouldn't hard write the gaining of a capability based on flavor that may or may not be consistent among games. That said, if in your game the GM flavors it like that then they very well might allow it. It's (mostly) an out of combat ability anyway. |
