The island of Cinnabar is a small one, but its Trainers are notoriously tough. It's famous for having one of the strongest Gyms around, but the people are also quite hospitable. It's rumored that some research went on here once, but that's a rumor spread the robbers and vandals of the massive Mansion to the north... next to the active volcano. Pokemon Mart

The Magikarp wiggles fiercely into the Vulpix... knocking it flat before the ball can make contact. KO! EXP No more Pokemon appear to be around... all there is now is the rest of this floor, and the stairs to the next one. |

Merchant collects his pokeballs and departs back to the Center to heal up and repair his pokeballs. He rests up as they heal his fishy friends, not wanting to pass out alone in there. Merchant heads up to the second floor, and immediately in front of him are stairs to the third floor. Taking a look around, this looks more like a laboratory than the floor below; the floor turns from wood to checkered tile, and a bunch of bookshelves line the walls. Several tables have old books on them, and moss is growing on most everything. From the next room over, Merchant hears some shuffling... |
